“Very good selection of nice furniture at great prices. But maybe the most important thing is that the people there are honest. They do what they say, and say what they will do. 5 years ago we bought a houseful of furniture at great prices... fast forward to now and the 5 year old sofa had a problem. Probably because of covid I've sat on the sofa way more than normal. I contacted them, they found my original order and promptly sent out their guys for repair. We both knew the warranty was over, so it cost me a little money but they were prompt and most importantly we are sitting on a brand new sofa body. Perfect timing as our little grandson is coming over this weekend and will sleep on the sofa bed. Really nice and honest people go perfectly with great prices on cool furniture!!”

“As with any service provider, there are benefits and there are problems. Usually, my interaction with Image Source has been positive. But recently, I have been really bummed out with the lack of professionalism in the area of ordering items for my publishing. I am giving a 4-star review as a cumulative score. It does not in any way represent my current level of frustration which would be about a negative 3 stars. It was the first time I ran out of staples in my finisher, and I quickly dashed to the website to order the necessary items. I found them, clicked on them, ordered the correct items and quantity, and added my requested information such as address and payment. Then I waited. No staples arrive. After a week, I contacted them to see what the hold-up was. Hmm. I was told I needed to have a quote for staples. I should not have been able to order them on the website. So I asked for a quote. No quote arrived. So I phoned again. They said they'd check my order and send it straight out if it was needed. Nothing arrived. Not via email or as the package of staples I needed. In the meantime, I began sewing some of my more important documents being printed. Yes, you can imagine the time. After five (5) phone calls, we established that they had misspelled my email and sent me zero quotes for my still-needed staples. Amazingly, the bills manage to have the correct email addresses on them. Today - ONE MONTH AFTER ORDERING INITIALLY - I received notice that yes, after SIX phone calls, my staples had finally been ordered and would arrive in 3-4 business days. Again, after my publication date. The tracking number included in the invoice came back as unstable by the shipper. When I contacted the company again regarding the tracking number, I was "disconnected" THREE times (one-time mid-conversation, two additional calls that just blipped after I was connected). When I asked to speak to a manager, I was basically refused. My advice: Know who you are dealing with. Not every person on this team will be as helpful and pleasant as the initial contact individuals. Once you have a contract, you pretty much have to deal with that platform unless you terminate. Usually, it's been okay. But at this point, I am banging my head on a wall because it's going to be another week with NO STAPLES in my publication. It results in a very poor representation of our company's product.”

Once an order is placed Cameron and the staff will follow up with updates and then arrange all the details in having the product delivered. “Totally recommend the print & copy services! I specifically liked being able to set up the order online, paying for it and picking it up for free. I did color copy prints to fight a parking ticket and it came out great! High quality! It was ~$.58 per page! I wanted the size of an 8.5 x 11 without ponying up for getting them developed as an actual photo--the city keeps everything as evidence. When I went to pick it up, I just went up to the next available woman at the front & told her what name it was under. She dug around and found it (mine was thin compared to other orders). I checked it out and they looked great. I did go use the self service station and each color print was $.68. I had one more photo I wanted to print after the fact. The paper stock was thinner (it could be user error) and the resolution wasn't great (could be user error as I emailed to print and selected small? Whichever was 161 kb). Definitely do it online and pick up! They were also ready with my order early - originally scheduled tomorrow at 6 pm but it was ready today within an hour. Granted it was only 5 pages! Big parking lot”

“If I could give the barn furniture 6 stars I would. Leon, the owner is one of the nicest guys I have dealt with in a retail store. Not just Leon, but everyone I spoke to. I haven't even met these people and I felt they were my family by phone. Maria, the sweetest, the installers spectacular. We bought many large pieces of office furniture 27 years ago. “Words cannot express my grateful for these caring and knowledge people. I have really special needs ergonomically. When I started working at home, it was obvious I needed a new chair because I was writing a lot and my wrists, legs, and back were hurting. I tried to find a chair that fit my needs, but I got ripped off (Internet purchase) and Staples and Office Depot are not that specialized or knowledgeable, and also didn't have options with features I needed. Toni, Blanca, and Juan were especially amazing with care, friendliness, and making sure I got to try and see if the options actually worked for me. In the end, they found a chair that fit everything I needed, nothing short of a miracle. By the way, they didn't ask for a review, but I feel strongly to recommend them and spread the word about how terrific they are. The new chair has removed the pressure and pain. And it's pretty! “I have ordered HP Laser printer toner from this company several times. They are one of the few reputable stores I could find that sell new build (not remanufactured) third party toner for my printer that is half the cost of HP OEM. I have always been very satisfied with the product shipped and the experience ordering and receiving the products. This is the only store I buy laser toner from.”
