New to the area been here a handful of times and each time they are really helpful. Gray has helped me many time and is quite funny. Thanks for being close and open when I need without going to Home Depot and not get any service.

They are the nicest group of people whenever I go in or call with a question to see if they carry something. I wasn’t sure how to hang a little vintage display box on the wall and they took the time to brainstorm and figure it out with me. It worked like a charm. No disrespect to the big box warehouses, it just makes me feel good knowing I’m helping to keep the smaller shops like these in business.

I like to support mom & pop owned stores. I'm not sure about the mom & pop owned part but, this is NOT part of a chain. I could actually spend hours inside this little gem of a hardware store. They have a little of everything and of course, all of the stuff one goes to a hardware store for which I call "grown up stuff" (nails, screws, paint brushes, THAT kinda stuff). The man that helped me was great, he was knowledgeable and helpful but, left me alone so that, I could wander the aisles and buy stuff I didn't even know I needed but, now can't live without. I highly recommend North Hollywood Hardware.

Wow what a great hardware store. They answered the phone, told me they had what I needed and when I got there James helped me find it right away and was super friendly and professional. He even suggested a new tool that I absolutely love and even gave me a discount on it as well. Great experience and I highly recommend this place. Thank you!!

Everyone who works there is super knowledgable and personable. If you are looking for something obscure/specific, they will probably have it! If they don't, they will help you brainstorm where/how else to find/do it. Huge light bulb selection. I saw Bill Nye The Science Guy figuring some project out with the employees there once, so you know it's gotta be good. The walls could use a dusting (if nothing else for the wonderful employees' lungs' sake), but it's still a 5 star business.

Nice, courteous KNOWLEDGABLE staff. Good music playing. Ok sized parking lot. I came here after dumbasses at Ace Hardware down the street would have caused bodily harm if I had listened to any of them! Come here & support local business!

This is the best hardware store there, so friendly, so helpful they have a great selection. I even asked the employee to send me a text of the lamp I was looking for and he did which helped me so much and save me so much time I will definitely keep going back.

Just wanted to leave a long overdo review for the best hardware store ever! I've been coming here for years, primarily because of the exemplary customer service. These guys are all great, but I have to say that James has helped me figure things out and find solutions for problems more times than I can count. He's gone above and beyond time and again and I'm so appreciative. Best store and the best service ever :)
