“Claudia is so amazing! I haven't been here yet, but I wanna go. I love Back To The Future and I also wanna meet her! I've seen the photos of the store, and I love that you have the BTTF pics in the store. So neat! Can't wait to actually meet you. I love watching your videos on YT, even though they aren't recent. Come back sometime when you can! Also is this really open 24 hours? I live far away and hope to hop on a plane (or delorean, but I don't own one?) to Studio City, and go to all the cool places from my fave TV shows and movies! I like to travel a lot so I could possibly come in the future. I have watched all 3 movies 3 times in my life. I got introduced to BTTF in September 2024 when I went to the Broadway production B4 I have even watched the movies. I'm a theatre kid and I thought movie Broadway productions meant the original cast does the show. It was so good! Anyway I hope to come and visit ❤️”

“On a recent trip to LA, I visited the store on a bit of a lark. Not necessarily planning to buy anything, but I found a great casual jacket and shirt with superb assistance from Danny. This is the place to go in the Valley (and beyond) for sharp menswear that stands apart from what you might get at a chain. The styles, service and overall vibes are a cut above.”

“This is the only place I trust to suit me up. Astrik is always an absolute pleasure to work with to help me find the right outfit for the right occasion. Everything in the store is high quality and priced very fairly. All the alterations have been perfect every time and the turnaround times have been really quick. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. You won’t get a better deal in town for quality service and suits.”

“I remember coming in here many years ago and being frustrated because it seemed like they intentionally did not carry or display enough larger sizes (only small and medium). A lot has changed. I’m not that familiar with urban outfitters but this location is definitely a pretty good place to shop. They have lots of cheap clothes that are very cute, comfortable and on-trend. They also have a decent selection of vinyl records and cute home decor/collectibles but it is geared toward very young tastes. The only thing left is to wait and see if the clothes I purchased last a long time and are made well. I’m glad to say there were Large and Extra Large sizes available for nearly every item I looked at. I felt very unwelcome in the past because they didn’t so I just didn’t bother shopping there again for a lot of years. It used to be that certain trendy stores didn’t want “fat” customers. I’m guessing a company policy changed, if that’s true then I’m happy it did!”

“I had such a fantastic experience at Viori in Studio City that I had to take a moment to share. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The staff here genuinely go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for.

What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. Mershell was the stylists and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure I was completely happy with the end result. No rushing, no pressure—just a truly personalized experience.

It’s rare to find a place that combines such high-quality service with a genuinely kind and attentive team. If you’re looking for a comfort & quality clothes Viori is it. I’ll absolutely be back—and I’ll be recommending it to all my friends.”

“I haven't sold in awhile and gave it another shot. I really nice girl, Toluca? I believe was her name looked at my items, was polite and courteous. They don't have any obligation to take your clothes. You just have to be mentally prepared that they might have a lot of inventory or they are very particular on brand /style. Great dress selection!”

“I have been a seller at Crossroads Trading Co. for the past 20 + years. I began selling in We Ho and have now done business with numerous Crossroads in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas as well as PDX. Of all the locations I have visited, the WeHo store is the WORST in terms of customer service; the young women are rude and usually ignore customers. The manager, Matthew, is lovely but his staff is not and he seems to not care about that. The security guard, Louis (?) is always gracious and provides a sense of safety in an otherwise sketchy area. The two very best stores in the Crossroads Trading chain are Studio City and Costa Mesa by far !! Mila, Amanda, and Jose in Studio City are delightful, helpful, friendly, courteous, and upbeat. Mila took the time to examine my clothing and had a great sense of fashion. The selection of clothing throughout the store was very good. In Costa Mesa, Riley, Taisha, and the entire team are always friendly and welcoming. Again, a nice selection of clothing- I often purchase items when my intent is to sell them, but the selection is so terrific that I rarely walk out empty-handed . +”
