Decent store - large and less crowded than most BUT they will give you a huge hassle about all returns. They're far worse than any other Marshall's location I've ever been to.

Got what l was looking for and my friend did too! I have been there a few times and also to the one in Encino that l have been going there forever...
I still prefer Tjmaxx, Zara, Nordstrom Rack and Macy's but Marshall has gotten much better. So l recommend it.
Being open minded gives you the opportunity to find good deals and surprises too.

BEWARE: An employee pressured me into applying for a credit card and input my income herself ($115k, which is not even true). She even said she helped me a lot after that . I should've walked away or recorded it.
