We have been going to Mark's shoe repair for six years now he is incredibly good with leather repair, hand bag, repair belt, repair shoe repair anything that a tailor or shoe repair requires. He is incredibly good with it. I highly suggest him for anything related to hand repair, or custom repair involving any sort of material or leather.

I have a 22 year black leather jacket that I love and haven't worn for a number of years because of the way it looked. There were scratches and loose buttons and more. If was worn and tattered. It needed to be restored. So I brought it to Mark's based on a recommendation from someone on Facebook. In a week Mark had it looking like new. Fabulous! And I was nicely surprised with the price too!I have my favorite leather coat looking like new again!

I had a Prada bag that had a brushed metal strap start to unravel. Mark fized it like new for a very reasonable price. So I took 6 pairs of shoes needing work on soles, heels, scuffs and broken strap. All repaired perfectly for very reasonable price. Tumi no longer guarantees luggage for life. My husband had his 26" roller bag which has to be checked returned from Tumi because they said it couldn't be repaired. Guess who fixed it -- at a very reasonable price!!! Mark is THE BEST!!!

I took my shirt in for a repair of a metal rivet because he was recommended by my dry cleaner for this particular type of repair. Mark replaced it with a mismatched rivet size and claimed that he fixed it. Not only did it look terrible but after unsnapping the shirt in front of him, the existing part of the rivet that was already part of my shirt fell apart. He still tried to charge me for his shoddy work and when I said I didn't feel comfortable paying for work that was not completed he ripped off the part of the rivet that he stamped into my shirt. I don't think he expected me to check the rivet by unsnapping it because he immediately became defensive and blamed his poor workmanship on my shirt. I hired this guy one time before to do a zipper repair. At face value he is very nice and pleasant. But his business dealings are very dishonest. I will never come back to this place again because Mark is completely untrustworthy.

I've been going to Mark's for a few years now for all kinds of work on lots of shoes, belts, and just about anything else I can come up with for him to do, and I've never been disappointed. Grateful to have him so nearby!

What a pleasure to do business with Mark. The wheel of my luggage broke on my trip to LA, and I did not want to risk going through the airport with the half working bag. I called Mark to ask if he could fix it. Outstanding is what he is, his knowledge, his craftsmanship, and what he charged. And he is a truly pleasant man. Because I needed this fixed in a rush, Mark was kind enough to do the work while I waited. Terrific job, terriffic man.
