Wow- I've never in my entire life experienced such horrible customer service.. the lady that worked there was incredibly rude and treated me like some peasant that walked into her shop.. I was trying to be friendly and started a conversation with her when I first walked in and she looked at me so bizarre and didn't even answer my conversational question. Then I asked her if she can recommend any cute dresses and she pointed at the sales section and told me to go there and that she's sure I'll find something in that section and then proceeded to do something on the computer. I walked in the other day and the butch lady (only way to describe her, since it was my first and last time there, and I don't know her name nor do I know if anyone else besides her works there... but I assume she's the owner?) was extremely unfriendly! Barely said hello and goodbye let alone have an actual conversation. She looked at me as if I was an alien and didn't bother helping me... I wasn't dressed fancy so she probably thought I didn't have money to spend! Don't let my casual clothes fool you... I drive an expensive car, wear fine watches and jewelry, own real estate all over the country, and own just about every high end designer bag, shoes, and accessories you can think of, I'm educated, and have a career with a very nice income! I own nice things but I'd never treat anyone the way she treated me... guess she never watched Pretty Woman lol She's the typical snob LA trash and I won't be coming back! "Big mistake, big, huge, I have to go shopping now"

I drove past this place a hundred times before I finally stopped in to realize I'd been missing out! The ladies in this shop are incredibly knowledgeable about the items they sell and understand that true luxury is less about brand recognition and more about quality materials, timeless design and exceptional craftsmanship. Prices there are not cheap but definitely reasonable for what they offer. I was very excited to see that they've been venturing into designing their own shoes lately and can't wait until they get my size back in stock! They are also very much into supporting indie and local designers, so that always feels good.

I arrived to take my aunt shopping. Unfortunately for us the minute I parked my vehicle a female walked out of the Mag.pi shouting at me "may I help you?" I replied "no, and I guess you think you own the parking lot?" She just looked at me as I barely had one leg out, removing my keys from the ignition and walking around the other side to open the door for my aunt. So my aunt and I decided to not go in to shop since she was so aggressively rude. Her business is to help us once we get in the store. So on purpose I stalled pretending to do other things. Then we noticed she had signs taped to wooden chairs with long paragraphs. I read "don't pretend to park here while on your phone" etc. Just so everyone knows in order for a commercial business to have a vehicle towed away it must be parked there for one (1) hour. So the hood of the car should be cold. When renting commercial space you cannot dictate which parking spaces are allowed to be used for your business unless it's a residential complex and tenants are assigned parking spaces. So to Parking Lot Betty, please take those signs down and calm down my dear. My aunt was here visiting from San Francisco and we were shopping for a wedding. So with your rude and very aggressive attitude you lost a potential customer.

Cosmic bowling is fun. There's a decent arcade as well. Pool tables, too. The staff is really friendly. Overall, I do recommend.

Love stepping into this lovely shop filled with beautiful items. So glad to have this gem of a location in the neighborhood. Some items are pretty expensive, but I've found items at my price point. Very nice customer service, too.

This does have a wonderful selection of clothes and shoes, but the parking is horrible and I recently made a remorseful purchase (impulsive) so if purchasing jewelry, beware, they don't do returns or they only let you exchange for jewelry from the same designer. Won't be going back -

Enjoy this store, however not conducive to the working woman. Only open 6 hours a day 11-5. I was in the Retail Biz for 40 years and never heard of such a thing. Too bad!

I just had the best experience shopping at Mag.pi. The sales staff is wonderful, and the clothes are incredibly fashion forward, at great price points! This is without a doubt not your typical Valley store. It reminds me of the Westside in Santa Monica, Brentwood, Or Venice! Brava!!!!! I'll be back for sure.

I love this store. Good for me for clothes and good for gifts. Lauri's taste is exquisite....Everyone in the store is a delight. Great shoes, tops, dresses, scarves, necklaces.... Check it out. Magpi on Ventura Blvd.
