I have always loved M.Fredric, the hip casual clothing, the colorful inviting layout of the store - but Lisa at their Studio City CA location has boosted my rave review tenfold. Talk about going the extra mile. We used to live near an M.Fredric years ago, had moved out of state, and I'd kept a few local gift cards and store scrip from CA with me. Now back in Los Angeles, we drove 27 miles to meet up with friends for my husband's birthday dinner, which I remembered was near one of my favorite M.Fredric's. So I brought that envelope with me although I knew it was a long shot any return receipt would be honored. Lisa, already beyond helpful and friendly as a salesperson, pieced through the crumpled receipts and coupons from, wait for it, as far back as 2013, and found a salvageable receipt for $50. Sadly, she conveyed, the return receipt for $180 (my husband had bought me a beautiful jacket that was the wrong size) was just too ancient. I thanked her and confessed that, tried and true for most shoppers, had a mission to buy a mother of the groom dress so of course was enjoying shopping in a store that did not have formal wear. Again helpful, Lisa gave it some thought and recommended a formal wear store. She asked me if I wanted her to throw out the old receipts that were no good and I said sure, but before she did, she said she'd make some calls to M.Fredric's admin and see what might happen. Well, Lisa miraculously got them to honor the $180 receipt. And now my rehearsal dinner outfit will be by virtue of Lisa and M.Fredric. Every retail store, let alone the world, should have people as generous, helpful, thorough, competent, and gracious as Lisa in it.

Shopping at M.Fredric is a delight. The salespeople are so nice and helpful. The clothes are cute, comfortable and very cute.

I absolutely adore the styles this store brings in. I'm a frequent shopper there of both locations, here in Studio City and Topanga as well. Angela, store manger in studio city has amazing customer service and care. All the ladies are great and what's makes them exceptional is their leadership. Thank you for all the service and fashion advice!

A fabulous shopping experience! The most helpful, happy and eager to to please sales team! The manager, Angela, goes above and beyond!!!!! Great on trend clothing for women, men, and a magical robust kids department! Not to mention they have complimentary gift wrap! This is my one-stop shop!

Thought I would have a great experience at this store but when I went to try on clothing I was not allowed to use their dressing rooms because the clothing I had was on sale! They stated if I wanted to try on the FULL priced Items I can, but I'm not allowed to try on sale items and it would be final sale. So just because I don't spend a pretty penny on a T-shirt in there store I'm not welcomed to use the fitting rooms like everyone else. That immediately made me put down my full priced items and not want to spend a dime in that store. I've never been to a store with that policy.

The best in unique clothing for my children as well as myself. I have been shopping at this store since the 90's when my children were born. Referred the store to my Hollywood friends and Wardrobe stylist. They were very satisfied and continued to be repeat customers. Great customer service. My name is still registered as a preferred customer.

I have been shopping at M Frederic for so many years and it's a beautiful store. It's always nice to shop here because they age the cutest clothes and they have very happy employees! They also give you 10% off your purchase for the following month which is incentive enough to come back!! The photo is of the designer Joe's boy shorts I bought today with coupon attached to the receipt!

super cute store. there was a couple things i wanted but "sizes limited" cute store for little kids. cute little street to go shopping. im pretty pissed the sizes were limited. honestly ill come back

I am so glad I finally took the time to pull over on my drive to Pico and take a look inside M.Fredric! Located in a nondescript section of 14th street,M.Fredric is tiny and easy to miss.
