I don't care what all those other reviews say but stay away from these attorneys. It took over two years to get a settlement. We did all the work it seems. We did the work to get medical records from various hospitals. We called the law firm and never got updates on claim. We did 85%-90% of communication to them. We would get more updates from insurance company than this law firm. When they finally close the claim they went out of their way to present the check, right out in the side walk

I am extremely grateful to Jacob, Charlene, Claudia and Suren for helping me with my case. I couldn’t have asked for a better legal team. They do not like doing there job. When I opened the case I spoke to them only once. I assumed they weren't taking the case when didn't hear from them. Months later I got a call from a medical assistant to come in for my appointment. I was never contacted by the legal assistant to prepare me for a thing! The biggest issue is the assistant. There is away to explain things and make sure the client's know everything. But now a days real customer service isn't what matters. If I ask the b@#*h any questions she giving me a smart answer. People lucky I love my freedom!!!

Absolutely awful . I have a case for almost 2 years . And nothing resolved . They ignore my calls and they don’’r care about you or your case . They totally wasted my time . Runaway from this company . No communication. Daisy and are Vanessa are absolutely horrible case managers . They hang up the phone on your face . They yell at you . They don’t care . You are just a number . Horrible customer service.

Do not trust this lawfirm and don’t be sold on them like I was! They let my time sensitive case sit for several months without anyone even glancing at it. When a time sensitive matter arose theh were scrambling and then dropped me. They are overworked, under staffed and the attention to detail is just not there. Suren (associate attorney) was not knowledgeable or experienced. He had to constantly double check with someone more senior. I was heavily sold by a female attorney claiming pregnant cases was something they excel in (they don’t). Go with someone else, this is a burn and churn type Lawfirm that just want quick and easy cases. I would never recommend them.

I don’t recommend. My case was okay but they are very unprofessional and unorganized . Never had a lawyer until depo time and even then the lawyer didn’t even know my case.

They got me across the finish line, but it was not what I was expecting. This is what they need to change in order to ensure that every client has a positive experience: 1. Make sure case manager answers calls and emails. I would email Henry three-four times and he wouldn't respond. 2. Have client speak to attorney directly, (not an hour before the case). This would ensure the client doesn't feel like he/she is in a (law mill) and is more prepared to answer questions from the defense. 3. Be more proactive in deciding reward amount. I came up with settlement amount with no input from attorney since he was unable to provide me an estimate amount for my injuries on the job. His expertise/years of experience would have been crucial in stating "you are asking too much" or "too little." Again, they got the job done, but the process was choppy and unprofessional, leaving me to believe I left thousands on the table.

Yes so they started out great and now not so much. And we have no clue how the lawyers are, the case manager we had, Sandy, would never let us speak to them. We felt she was so rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. When I brought up that I felt discriminated against racially during black history month, in an off joke I was having with my mother btw, she told me she had a black boyfriend and that there was no way she could be discriminatory. Also my mother has schizophrenia and the same case manager was what we felt like discriminative against her about that as well… she was saying how she would tell her boss about my mom in a threatening way. Like he wouldn’t help us if they knew she was mentally ill, which was completely irrelevant in a slip and fall case. She didn’t like that my mom always had questions. She told her she had everything and now she’s saying she missing stuff 4-5 months later. It’s like she’s trying to run the clock out of the statute so my mom gets nothing. Which in turn would stop her boss from getting any money either. And it’s a good solid case. My mom already did everything like doctors appointments and all so this Sandy woman stopping her own bosses bag over her not liking us isn’t the smartest move.I don’t think she’s racist or ableist, But her actions and words were unacceptable and we deserve and apology for them.
