KIG took over for my previous property management company and it was a very smooth transition. Great team to work with and very responsive when it comes to repairs or any issues. I would rent with them again if I ever return to Los Angeles. Property manager Ernesto is the best!

My Wife and I moved from Atlanta to Los Angeles. When we applied to KIG Capital, they were so professional, and courteous. The process was simple, yet through; and when we moved in, the condo was clean, filled with top-notch appliances. We knew we came t the right listing. We felt very safe and happy in the three+ years living there.Their maintenance support is as professional as one would like, and Mr. Karpel, the owner, is a great property manager, one that most renters would pay extra for! Their Payment-Portal was user friendly, simple and attractive. Jennifer, their Office Rep is so nice and professional.For us, we return back home to the east to be with aging parents and family.In my opinion, if you are considering leasing a unit with KIG Capital, don’t worry, you came to the right place.We did! Zac was a great property manager for the 7 years I resided there very prompt responses from Oscar at the office if anything needed fixed. I contacted KIG via their portal for a couple of maintenance requests for our apartment, they responded in a timely manner and sent out a technician to investigate. A work order was submitted, and work was approved for the repairs.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MANAGEMENT OF ALL TIME. Things break 24/7 like the washer and dryer they literally don’t care. It took 3 weeks to fix and now it’s broken again. Our windows have been leaking water everytime it rains. I put in 3 work orders they had someone come look at it and they said “we need to fix the whole entire window we will call you on a date” now it’s been 3 weeks never heard from them and now it’s raining again and my kitchen is flooded and my living room! Gabriel is very unprofessional and can never solve a problem.

I worked with KIG Capital for 3 years and would absolutely work with them on any rental properties in the future. They are very thorough and responsive whenever I needed help as a landlord. This was my first property renting out so I didn't have much experience. They helped me step by step throughout the process and made things painless for both myself and my tenants. They also found very dependable tenants for us during a time when doing so was incredibly difficult (beginning of COVID).
