I have been coming here in and off for several years.
This salon is clean, the people here are really friendly, and thorough. My last pedicure was amazing, her foot massage was so good.
Parking is a bit tricky. They have parking in the back, but it’s often full. So if you park at a meter, set an alarm for when it should expire so you don’t get a parking ticket.

Josephine's nail spa is my very favorite place to go!!! Every single worker here is very professional and good at what they do and we always have a good chat as well, everyone is so friendly! Tonia is absolutely amazing at hand painting special designs on nails and works well with me at brain storming what I would like done and always makes the nails even better than the inspiration photos. The studio is very very clean and there is always parking in the back! Highly recommend coming here for manicure and pedicure!!!

I've been going to Josephine's nail spa for about three years now and I love it. Nick the manager is so professional and is always helpful when booking appointments. I love the customer service here. Tonia has been doing my nails since day one and I just love her. She truly wants to make you happy and she is so sweet. I never see myself going anywhere else and Tonia is amazing!!

Updating because they never even reached out to try and make this right. This salon is a NOPE. Don't go here. The quality has turned to garbage, Attaching a photo of the damage to my nails that is now half grown out where you can see red marks where this nail tech misused the electric nail file.

Went in for a gel x manicure to be charged 87 (website says 78) for literally the nail extensions and a polish change. No actual manicure was done on me, the artist smacked my hands around rudely and then they charged me to get my nails removed...but I'm a returning customer and they put them on and haven't charged me for a removal before? So every time I come back I get charged extra for returning and not removing my nails myself?? What place charges to remove their own manicure. Not to mention, just all around horribly done 'manicure'. No lotion, no cuticle work, she never even let me rinse my hands, WAY too rough with the removal of my gel (it hurt and I was flinching and pulling away and she yanked my fingers back across the table) Staff is nice but the overcharge for little to no work is ridiculous.

I've been coming here for years; and wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff is fab, everything is always clean. And the fun bonus is you can watch movies while having your service done! I've recommend Josephine's to several friends and they are all regulars now too!

My absolute favorite nail salon. My friend referred me for a pedicure two years ago, and I haven't gone anywhere else since. The salon is very clean and they play rom coms on the tv's which I find to be very relaxing. On top of that, Nick at the front is very accommodating and sweet! Parking is available in the back of the salon down the small alleyway.

Poor customer service. I walked one hour and forty five minutes for service and left with my nails undone. I came in for a polish change while my friend got a mani and pedi. The techs never checked in or serviced me. The salon was not busy. Cleanliness is also an issue. I will never return.

First off, this place is the most consistent of all the nearby nail salons. Ive tried a lot of them and they are the best no matter which nail tech you get. And you don't even need an appointment. Now...The pictures about cracked and chipped nails! You all need to STOP posting pictures of your nails that clearly are three or more weeks after your manicure saying how it chipped with your crusty cuticles and grown out nails showing the nail bed. It can only be like that after three-four weeks later. Not fair at all. Shame on the people posting these pics after weeks have passed.

Staff is very kind and place is kept so clean! Tonia is one of the best you can get, she always makes your nails perfect. My nails chipped after one day (due to what we think was a top coat issue) so she re-did them for me and apologized, so kind!! Can't ask for better service than this place, highly recommend.

I've been here before and I've left a review before, but i think after this last time, this may be the last time i go. It's tough because it's so convenient for me. I originally made an appointment with Tiffany but when I got there a different nail tech had to work on me because she didn't know how to do a French ombré. And after 5 days my nails were already an issue. Both of my thumbs are cracked and my nails are already chipped. And on top of that, the French ombré was not like my inspiration photos. I think i need a new nail place /:

Enjoyed the ability to book online on the same day. Staff was friendly and happy with the gel manicure and regular pedicure I had done. The ambiance was nice with the TVs displaying Christmas/holiday movies to watch while getting your nails done.

I treated myself to a Sunday morning pedicure with Lyna and it really was a treat. I loved the attention to detail in polish application and thorough massage (I selected the Pamper Me option) as well as a fun and silly holiday movie playing in the background. Generally great vibe and I’m happy to have found a great salon in the area.

Somehow I keep getting stuck with the same pedicurist each time, even though I've specifically asked to try somebody new when I make the appointment. I believe they keep a record based on your past services and won't accommodate a switch. The upsell is exhausting. There are several extra services they interrupt and ask if you want to upgrade to during your session. This includes your nail polish selection. I picked one OPI color and my pedicurist made a big deal of switching to Dazzle Dry and paying more. The last thing, is that they typically start 10-15 mins after your appointment time. One time it was 30 mins and they offered a bit of a discount on my pedi. After 4 not so great experiences here, I'll be switching salons.

I've had very inconsistent results here. The ambiance is fine and I love that I can make appointments online, but it's been hit or miss. I actually had to leave in the middle of my last manicure as the manicurist had zero idea what he was doing and I didn't feel safe. Total bummer as I thought I had found my spot. Worth a try, but my personal experience has been a 3.
