Sunday afternoon I was shopping for toys for my dog and an employee named Anna approached me quite aggressively and with a purposeful unpleasant glare said "Sir, Is there something I can help you with?" then continued to stare at me intently for an awkward period of time. It felt extremely strange and uncomfortable. So I asked her is there was an issue I wasn't aware of. She then proceeded to say in a strange direct uncomfortable tone, "No sir. This is my job. I am suppose to ask costumers if they need help with anything." She didn't ask anyone else this or in this tone. There were other customers around me. It was Sunday afternoon in a Home Goods. I then felt so uncomfortable that I spoke to a manager also named Anna and she relayed that she would speak to her. However days later I find myself still sadden and upset about this experience. I don't want to call a spade a spade but it felt very targeted and purposeful. I hope HomeGoods representatives see this and make sure that they do not condone of this behavior from their employees.

I love homegoods and I am choosing to believe this is corporate’s fault and not the store itself but they are severely understaffed. 2 cashiers on a busy Saturday? Come on now.
Otherwise love the store and the staff are kind and helpful

Trying to return an item within the 30day time frame with a receipt and they say they can’t return them. There is always some issue with this store.

Beautiful clean store with friendly workers and excellent selection. Only downside was small dog who proceeded to urinate in line and owner didnt do a thing.

After waiting in line for 20 mins I tried to return 2 unused cutting boards that are full of splinters, just bought them 2 days ago and Darla the employee was so extremely rude telling me I can’t return them and was yelling to everyone in the store that they are used like 3 times. They were not used. Darla is extremely rude and I will not be going back to that location, how humiliating. Why would I want cutting boards full of splinters.. horrible customer service on Darla’s end wow

I really enjoy shopping at these locations but had a terrible encounter with a staff member with glasses. He is light skinned and extremely rude. He needs to be retrained on how to handle customers with care and politeness. Avoid this guy at the cash registers.

Fantastic home goods store! Vast selection, quality items including 0atio furniture , and great prices. Friendly staff made the experience wonderful. Highly recommend shopping here as I always find the things I wanted and the things I didn't know I needed lol.

Approached check out while 3 workers were having a conversation dropping F bombs . Didn't even lookAt me but carried on with their conversation . Register 1 . 2 young men and 1 female (red hair glasses) Why have cashiers ? Be better people !! Are they at the bar or work? Miss all the excellent customer service at Michael's . Great people lost out to self checkout.
