“A nice little shop with quite a selection of various exotic fruits. Ranging from Sapote, Star Fruit, Mangosteen, and more. A lot of health related supplies too; drinks, sea moss, medical related, etc...Also very friendly cashier. She was very comforting to talk to and very helpful.”

7240 Foothill Blvd, Tujunga“My shopping experience at ST MARKET was excellent. The store was immaculately clean, and the shelves were well-stocked with a wide variety of products. I was particularly impressed by the freshness of the produce and the quality of the meat. The checkout staff were also friendly and efficient, ensuring a speedy exit even during peak hours.
I would like to give a special thank you to Edo, who was on top of his job. I am very appreciative of Edo’s excellent service and wanted to make sure his efforts are recognized. Employees like Edo make a significant difference, and I look forward to shopping at your store again because of his great work.???❤️❤️❤️❤️”
“Coco Fruit is one of the most famous fruit shops in LA, loved by many for over 30 years. The boss is a fruit expert and farm owner. Many types of fruit are organic and come directly from the farm. So, it is a fruit shop famous for the freshest and best taste It's so good price. And it's so good like knock out. The fruit tastes wonderfully delicious.”
“Such a refreshing and amazing place. I can say for the first time I really enjoyed having a salad. Over a hundreds ingredients to choose from to make your salad. Very hygienic and fresh ingredients. Loved the Pickled mango, dried papaya, avocado salad, and strawberries. Wasn’t too crowded and we were in and out of the place in 10 mins. Highly recommend!!”

“I was sad when the produce market which used to be at this location closed, but while I miss the people who used to work there, the new market is at least as nice. Three Amigos always has lovely produce, competitive prices, and even though the family who runs it isn't Jewish, they know the local clientele largely is, so they keep appropriate items for upcoming holidays and ethnic specialties on hand (for example, before Rosh Hashanah and Tu B'shevat, when it's customary to eat new-to-you-this-season fruits, they bring in a lot of exotic fruits, and they keep kosher dills and beans for cholent in stock). Jesus is super friendly, as is Graciela.”
“Really enjoyed my shopping here. They have a lot of non refrigerated Africans good. Not so much frozen goods like goat meat, fish etc. but they had everything else you’ll need to make your Nigerian meals. Customer service was very good as well. We went on a Wednesday afternoon at 2pm and the lady was very helpful. I’ll Definitely recommend to anyone.”

Los Angeles“I'm so glad we stopped by. Nice friendly staff, great selection, and fair prices. We found a great Christmas tree right away. Having it flocked will pick up tomorrow. They do offer delivery for a fee. They have sheep, turkeys, chickens and quales, that I have seen. Can't wait to come back for their pumpkin patch and maze! I've read and heard great things! Small parking lot, but plenty when we arrived, 30 min before closing. Would recommend.”
“I feel like a lot of people overlook the convenience of quality meats here at great proces, whether beef, chicken, pork, or a little fish they got it. Ground beef is usually like $5/lb, boneless chicken thighs $2/lb, got the chicken fajita mix and al pastor marinating and ready to go for tacos, and all the cheap fresh produce too, what's not to love?! Always friendly, and quick in and out also.”

687 N Victory Blvd, Burbank“Great service, this is where you go to get decent products for low prices. Not a huge selection of items, but corn bread, avocado are half off of Ralphs or Vons prices. Definitely go to Ralph's or Vons for your normal items, but worth a trip to get some discounted stuff. Maybe start here 1st? Also, checker was amazing & knew every code from heart, made checking vegetables easy.”
“They have great customer service. They answered my questions and have great quality produce. Tienen un gran servicio al cliente. Respondieron a mis preguntas y tienen productos de gran calidad.”

“Lived 10+ years in Koreatown. Hannam Chain is the most legit (authentic) & has the best selection of overall Korean food hands down. (whether it’s fresh produce or variety selection of foods directly imported from Korea)Also one of the best tasting (my favorite among them is their soups & jjigaes / jeon , marinated bulgogis, etc.) hot Korean foods / banchans & side dishes.Love their selection of foods directly imported from Jeollanamdo region (Namdo foods) - I’ve gifted danhobak (Kabocha) flavored tteok with castella bread crumbs outside which was super tasty.Lots of newest snacks and giftable gourmet Korean foods (especially healthy foods - 건강식품) as well. They have really fresh selection of fishes / seafood grocery and fruits, some sales discounts going on with unbeatable price / quality to other market places.Plus, this place is classic & historical place - one of the oldest market in the United States with vast parking space.(I have great appreciation to my parent generation people who built big markets like this when there was not a lot of Asian markets & helped forming Koreatown)Because of freshness of food & quality of service they provide, I prefer going to Hannam Chain over any other Asian markets in Koreatown.”
“Nice small farmers market in the parking lot of a church, open on Saturday late mornings. Easy street parking close by. Not too many vendors, but some good fresh produce, food/drink options, and some craft vendors. Worth checking out.”
“Go way out of my way for this place particularly for their seasoned ground chicken, ground beef and chicken breast. It is out of this world amazing and you can bbq it, air fry it or oven etc etc.”
“Good, convenient store, stocks all the essentials for the home. Wide variety of instant noodles. Some fresh fruit and herbs (rosemary was excellent quality and only $2). Bright and clean. Contactless payment accepted even when I was spending less than $10.”
“This market was great to shop and stopped by for a grocery shopping. It was easy to find and clean and organized shelfs, very nice employeesThank you Mary Market”
“In a perfect world, I would never have to come here. ? I personally don't give a crap about "being seen" or overpaying for all of my groceries for clout, or whatever. lol
HOWEVER. I do come here occasionally, & it's more often than I would like. Because Erewhon does something that nobody else does: they carry specialty diet products & smaller brands that aren't widely distributed. & I appreciate that. They also appear to have slightly stricter quality/ingredient standards than a lot of the other health-focused chains now.
I used to come here for Fermenting Fairy kefir & sauerkraut before she moved to Florida. Then it was a different brand of sauerkraut - Wild West Ferments, I think. Now it's mainly for Beelers bacon, the Brown Butter Baking Co cupcakes, their in-house made chili crunch, the occasional in-house keto brownie or caramel peanut butter bombs, or Koko Kai coconut yogurt.
This was the first place I could buy Sauz, & thanks to Erewhon, they were able to expand into Whole Foods & their prices eventually went down.
I think Toodaloo didn't survive, but Clusterbucks did. Better Sours used to only be here as well, & now they carry them at Ralph's.
Lots of success stories because this place was willing to stock & take a chance on a small, new, local brand & give them a fighting chance to build a fanbase. That gives them the leverage to eventually make their way into a larger chain, paving the way for nationwide distribution if they desire.
I don't agree with everything Erewhon does, & some of their products are absolutely overpriced solely because they know their clientele will pay it anyway - but as long as they keep offering special things relevant to my diet/lifestyle that I can't get elsewhere, I will keep showing up for them. Reluctantly, but that doesn't really matter to them. ?”
