The cameras there are online and I’m watching the girl with the dogs, I see 10+ large dogs, and she’s completely ignoring them while playing on her phone. She even goes as far as pushing them away when they want attention. It’s all she’s done the last 15 minutes. This dog has even come and pawed at her arm a few times and she pushes its paw off and keeps messing with the phone. I’m sure the people pay for interaction or at least attention to make sure everything’s ok

Seems the management has changed, never see Alex anymore, and just not the same, transparency with customers is very important with a busines, we noticed when we picked up our baby his tail was crooked. We were not told anything had happened, but clearly something had happened, These are our children we are leaving there, I am so sorry this place has changed so much, we used to love it, our dog had gone there for daycare since a pup, now almost9 years old, such a sadness fir all of us that this place not the same. there since a baby our, but he was hurt, they did not tell us what had happened and then the

I asked why the puppy cam is not working and the manager responded: "It is spotty at best." Also heard from another person that they had a bad experience. I will not be using this place to leave my dog.

Colby and Chris made sexists jokes at my expense, i I did not appreciate it.Update: Management has kicked my dog out of daycare instead of apologizing. All I did was post this complaint and they blocked me on social media. Been taking my dog here for about 4 years and had no issues until now, I’m in shock that this is how they respond to their wrongdoing

Ignorant and inconsiderate staff. Did not consider any of my requests, lost our appointment. My dog got sick after the visit because the groomer did something I specifically requested not to do. The dog is miserable in pain, so I paid $200 for a vet visit. The owner is really ignorant and rude, refused to reimburse and does not want to recognise his groomer's fault. Stay away from this terrible place!

Our dog has been going to “camp” at Four Paws for 8 or 9 years and he loves it!

I loved Four Paws until we put our dog in the boarding and he got kennel cough and spent 2 nights at the vet hospital it got so bad. I called Four Paws to alert - no compassion, credit or kind words - just "well, it's an airborne disease." I am writing this review as in LA we have a lot of dog boarding choices so why pick one who has staff that don't care about the health and safety of your dog?

I took my dogs to Four Paws for boarding this past weekend. One of my dogs started having 104.5 fever, vomiting and had difficulty breathing starting on Monday, one day after picking them up. I had to take him to an emergency vet at midnight last night. He is still in the hospital with IVs hooked up and I am looking at a 5K bill, minimum. Most importantly, he is sick and THAT SUCKS. I am told by the vet that he has kennel cough or someting similar that most likely came from the boarding facility, as stuff is going around those facilities. It would be great if Four Paws disclosed this very important information to their clients. There is nothing on their website that discloses the risks of the current issues going around. Also intersting how their puppy cams show very little to nothing. Cleaniless is everything and I found this place to not be very clean in general.

Our dog loves coming here! Besides day care, additional services like grooming are great too. We like that they have video camara so we can check in on our pup during the day.

I thought that it was about time that I express my happiness in having my dogs groomed at Four Pays Day Care. We have been customers there for the past 5 years. Today, I brought in my two and my son's dog (all three mini poodle mixes). Each dog was trimmed in a way that we requested and that fit their underlying breed. They stand by their work, for in the past, I was not happy with a part of the trim and they fixed it without resistance. The place looks and smells clean, and the staff is friendly. My dogs never resist going there. That means a lot to me.
