I have an asymmetrical cut, more than half my hair is shaved. I went in to get the shaved part shaved back down... had maybe 1/4" hair to shave off, just follow the obvious lines.
1. The person who cut my hair said they were done, I was like you didn't even get the edge, she was like I can't and so I pulled my ponytail ugh and she was like "oh". She didn't do a good job. She never even tried to do a good job.
2. I get home to take my pony tail out and chunks of my long hair come out.
$30 for a bad 10 min hair cut that's so basic.

I've been here three times just to get a trim, but each time, the price increased by $5. Most recently, I was charged $45 for a 15-minute medium-length trim *without* a blow dry or styling. After I got home, I realized the trim ended up a little choppy which isn't ideal for the $55 spent. Interesting that they removed the sign that listed their prices. I feel like transparency is part of why people choose Fantastic Sam's in the first place. Unfortunately, I'll have to find another salon for basic haircuts.

Sofie gave me an excellent haircut that has been fun and easy to style! I wanted short hair that would be easy to curl and add waves to. This picture is looking sleek day of the cut. Thank you for helping me feel beautiful, Sofie! There was no wait time when I walked in on a Thursday evening. I did call ahead to see if it'd be a good timeframe. This salon is bigger and more spacious than some other locations. The space was clean and the shampoo smelled fantastic.

Valoria was so sweet! I loved the ruby red color she chose for me, it was a perfect match to the inspo-photo's I showed her. I can't wait to see her next time I'm in, all around good energy at this location!

Susanna is amazing! She is a star and I couldn't have asked for a better haircut! Her personality is astounding and she did a wonderful job. She greeted me right away and took me in without an appointment. Definitely coming back here again! Her vibe was impeccable and I'm super satisfied with my cut :)

The entire team that works here is very professional and I love the fact that I don't need to make an appointment to be seen. I have gone to dye and cut my hair with several girls who work there, but 3 months ago I wanted to dye my color in tone. red but a very special red, and finally today I met Sofie, she had never dyed my hair or cut it but today she did an incredible job for me!! I am very happy with my new shade of red. Thank you sofie for the amazing work. I finally found someone who knew how to understand the color tone I wanted. in my case. They all do a very good job. but from now on I will return for the tone of my hair color with Sofie.

The whole team at this location is wonderful. I had my hair colored and trimmed on one occasion and my eyebrows threaded another time. Was so happy with the results and the women who work there couldn't be nicer. I admittedly had a little bias because this place is a chain but it's great and I'll be back.

After having the same beautician for 30 yrs in Houston I was apprehensive about finding a new environment. Alice, the manager gave me the warmest welcome and enhanced my confidence to take a chance on them. I was truly impressed by the warm friendly environment. It appears this place has very many loyal customers She gave me a haircut and color (slightly darker than I am used to)but I will join the loyal customers because I see how she truly cares how one looks. Thank you so much for easing my apprehension about starting with a new place.

I highly recommend Sofie at the Studio City location! She is always dependable and does a great job. My only hesitation is that I don't want her TOO busy!

Just a trim but nothing special and 15 minutes. Left looking like I had straw for hair all dry fuzzy. No product for hair needs. Will get my husband to trim instead.
