2 days ago, I booked an appointment to get an updated covid vaccine and didn't find out until I had already arrived that they didn't get their vaccine shipment that day. Rodney at the pharmacy told me that he would call me when they got in a new shipment and would honor me as a walk-in even though they don't take walk-ins for my vaccine type.
This evening I got a call from him letting me know that they had just gotten in a shipment and he administered it to me when I arrived around 7 pm, even though the pharmacy usually stops doing vaccines at 6 and even recognized me in line, despite us only meeting once previously!
This is my usual pharmacy and they're always efficient and good, but I'm absolutely blown away by Rodney's customer service and professionalism. He went out of his way to accommodate me and I am very grateful.

DON'T SEND PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I sent a prescription there in August and have been waiting for it to be filled. Every time I spoke with someone I was told it would be filled any day now. It is now April and I called to check on my prescription only to be told that it expired in February and I would need a new prescription and would be reset in the queue. This is despite having called in both February and March and being told that there were only a couple people ahead of me. This should be criminal.

Rudest pharmacy staff ever minus like two of them! I came in to pick up a delivery of two medication and usually every cvs pharmacy separates or puts a label for both items or a label that says there are two items so I can scan. My scan did not allow it so I asked. They literally argued with me vs trying to help figure out why it wasn’t scanning! One loud girl started and the rest just had no minds of their own. Then one smart lady whispered something which I think she understood what I was asking and finally one guy uses his brain after arguing me down and prints out an invoice that showed the two items. That solved my issue and scanned. But the way they handled something so freaking simple was obscene and unnecessary. Fussing like you are not human for needing to scan a package!

They have their days, but regardless of the length of the line - these pharmacists do all that they can to assist the customer. This is my go-to pharmacy.

Pharmacy! It’s one pharmacist her name is carrie huang she is dumb as I saw she take my 1 hours time waiting and still can’t finish simple prossess , !!!!!! Please don’t hire the person don’t know anything so disappointed

This is not my usual CVS as I live in Sherman Oaks. However, I was going to Bookstar and thought I would give this CVS a try. I was very pleased to see it is on the same calibre as my Sherman Oaks location. The staff was courteous and very helpful getting me the products I needed that were locked up. The parking lot in back is huge and accommodates many stores so you can park once and shop at a variety of stores on the block. It's great to know I have another good CVS location if I am in the Studio City area.

The lady I spoke to on the phone for the pharmacy didn’t listen to a thing I said. When I was in the middle of speaking she put me on hold and went ahead and charged my insurance when I told her not to, when I was asking a question she spoke over me or went ahead and processed things when I was only asking her something not telling her to do it. I literally felt like I was speaking to a wall and that she was an inanimate object with no consciousness or hearing.

I wanted to say big Thank You to the pharmacy doctor Araksia. My prescription was sent to the wrong place by the doctor’s office and she took the time , called my doctor’s office and got what she needed to expedite the delivery of my much needed medication. . I wish more people in customer service would be like Araksia.Have a good day!

Yes, everything is extremely overpriced and continuing to increase, but want to say that this Pharmacy has been my go to for years and have some of the kindest staff.

CVS is run by criminals. These prices are disgusting. I hope they close down. EVERY PRODUCT here is at least 30-40% more expensive than ANY other store.

I would like to recognize the pharmacist named Araksya. She was so kind and patient with my mom and I when we called to ask about possible interferences between 2 medications. Araksya, thank you sooooooo much!!!!!!! You helped us when we were in a major time of need. I'm so grateful to you.

Hi there I'd like to take the time to give appreciation to an employee there named Angel who helped me on Sunday 08/20/23. He went above and beyond in meeting my needs and helping me find exactly what I needed, he was kind and respectful. He truly made my day!!!!!
