Too expensive for junk clothes. I can't believe they're selling a plain white shirt that said "Apple" on it for $30. Literally a scam.

I understand why there are so many low reviews here, and after reading some of them, I feel affirmed. I would like to request a Crossroads trading company address management at this location for their disingenuous and rude behavior with customers. People need their jobs, so I don't think anyone should be fired, however, I think that they should be checked and retrained, maybe by the managers at Echo Park location because they are kind, helpful and chill. The two managers in particular need a big lesson on authenticity, respect and basic common courtesy. Not only that, but they need to learn respect for elders, as an older woman, it's unfortunate to have children verbally disrespecting and disregarding you, especially in a service industry job.

By far my worst experience at a Crossroads. Went out of my way to try a new one. The one in Pasadena is full of designer and rare vintage. This one.... The girl with short curly hair went through three bags of mine. All name brand, 2 Vivienne Westwood dresses, and Dolce boots. They didn't take a single thing.... This confused me but I still looked around. Their designer rack was full of urban outfitters. Go to ANY of their other locations over this one! PLEASE train the staff on designer clothing. I'm happy to take my clothing to the other locations, but I was so taken aback at her not recognizing designer pieces.

Read every other comment and you'll see the same thing. Rude staff who think they're better than people and they don't buy anything. One of the items I tried selling was a brand new pair of platform sandals (never worn) and they denied. Why? No clue but somehow the dirty ass pair of white sneakers on the shelf behind me got bought - HOW!? Literally had sweat marks on the inside and outside looked like someone peed on them. The employees suck, the clothes they sell are ugly, and yet somehow everyone agrees they don't buy their items. Shame.

Spent the entire day yesterday moving, as I’m in the process of potentially moving out of the country soon, and had over 5 bags of clothing to get rid of. Stopped by here right after working so I was still in my work clothes with no makeup on. The girls at the counter gave me the mean girl eye look up and down thing before she started “sorting through my belongings.”
Over 5 bags of clothes and she was done looking within 5 minutes and bought a singular thing for $5 despite even having name brands like Levi’s, Nike, LuLu Lemon, Seven Jeans, American Eagle, UGG, etc.
Went back literally the next day because I knew they were just discriminating on the way I looked the day before and magically those same 5 bags of clothes were suddenly worth over $100.
Very gross behavior and very pathetic business practices on the part of the staff here. Make sure if you plan to sell anything you get glammed up because pretty privilege is a very blatant thing here.

Please have a limit to how much you buy so that you aren’t burned out and offer crumbles. Making people wait 2 hours is a waste of time and money and no one wins in the end.

I have been a seller at Crossroads Trading Co. for the past 20 + years. I began selling in We Ho and have now done business with numerous Crossroads in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas as well as PDX. Of all the locations I have visited, the WeHo store is the WORST in terms of customer service; the young women are rude and usually ignore customers. The manager, Matthew, is lovely but his staff is not and he seems to not care about that. The security guard, Louis (?) is always gracious and provides a sense of safety in an otherwise sketchy area. The two very best stores in the Crossroads Trading chain are Studio City and Costa Mesa by far !! Mila, Amanda, and Jose in Studio City are delightful, helpful, friendly, courteous, and upbeat. Mila took the time to examine my clothing and had a great sense of fashion. The selection of clothing throughout the store was very good. In Costa Mesa, Riley, Taisha, and the entire team are always friendly and welcoming. Again, a nice selection of clothing- I often purchase items when my intent is to sell them, but the selection is so terrific that I rarely walk out empty-handed . +

The Studio City location is THE best kept secret for daily doses of fresh designer clothing, shoes, handbag, etc. It may look like a second hand store, however, the proximity to stylists, designers, & studios....this location doesn't miss your sense of style or its wallet!

god they are so annoying. they're so snobby and rude and won't take anything, they have their stupid waitlist and when it's your turn they're still not ready for you and get mad at you for asking why it says it is when they're not ready. I brought so much and all new and in new condition WITH TAGS and they don't take it. also no parking! so the app says they're ready and i have my ride outside w the hazards on so i can just drop my stuff off just for them to not actually be ready and make me wait so stupid. i think it's a requirement for them to hire the most insufferable conceited people apparently!

Pretty cool. Did an exchange today. Love that they give you a week to exchange, or get store credit at any of their locations. Swapped something that didn't fit for a dope, metallic, diva motorcycle jacket.

These people are absolute snobs, and excessively picky as to what they will, except if you go in to tell them, you're close. I had really high luxury bread items that I simply wasn't using, that were in season, and yet they told me that it would be "too difficult for them to sell." They are an absolute waste of time, and I will never give them my business either as a seller or buyer ever again.

Staff wasn't friendly/store didn't feel inviting. Obviously there will be a thrift store smell, but the store was very dirty.
