Can someone from this building please reach out to me?This locations windows have a mirror-like effect and it's causing many local birds to fly into them and die. I see them regularly when I walk past. Decal stickers need to be added to the windows to prevent this. I highly doubt CNB wants customers to be greeted like this when approaching the building.Please contact the building owner and have something done. I will also continue to try to figure out who they are and reach them.

There are closer CNB locations to me, but I choose to drive to this one since they have a drive-up teller. So convenient, and not so difficult to navigate through the parking lot as I read here. There's usually only one car in front of me (if any) and the teller is very pleasant.

I appreciate this "mini" bank right in Studio City. There is no indoor lobby area, and the drive through lanes take FOREVER, but if you live in the neighborhood this is a super convenient place to so the most simple (and most frequent) banking tasks. The layout of the parking lot/drive through is a bit of a mess, and you will undoubtedly get stuck in a complicated situation with another car. The best way to get to either is to enter from Whitsett, go into the At&t parking lot and enter from there. Don't try to enter from Ventura. There's a walk up window as well, which there's hardly if ever a line for. So if you can spare a minute or two probably a good idea to park and just walk up to the window. Fair warning, you may get blocked in by a car waiting for the drive through line. Overall, not a lot to say. The layout is a disaster, there's no inside lobby, but oh boy is it convenient.

There was a sign on the window YESTERDAY that the bank would be open today until 6pm, along with updated hours that they've chosen to close at 4pm Monday - Thursday. Well, I went by today and the sign is gone and the establishment is closed at 4:19pm. CNB is inconvenient and doesn't value their customers. I've been with this bank for years and I'm continually disappointed in their customer service.

I have been a client of City National for over 25 years. By far and away, this branch has the most knowledgeable, kind and efficient staff. I bank at least 3 times a week and am always greeted with a smile no matter how many transactions I have. In the world of institutional banking where the answer is always no or I don't know and no you can't, Yeanui Pilikyan, Armine and Harout are not only a breath of fresh air but know their business. On behalf of my clients and myself, thank you 1 trillion times for making by business and personal banking so enjoyable - you are truly an amazing team!

It was a pleasure to cash a check here. Good customer service. I didn't go in the bank just stood at the walk up.
