I went to your retail store on Ventura blvd,
Monday August 26th. I had a return and I was trying to get something else when I asked this rude unprofessional woman about a Blazer, simple question and her answer was so sarcastic, I am sure she was having a long bad day! She obviously doesn’t have people skills, She made me not want to buy anything else. I just shocked when she told me she was the manager (Judy).

This was such a great experience compared to my experience in Florida. The lady attending me was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

On Saturday, January 6, I went to your retail store in Studio City on Ventura Boulevard and was meant with unprofessional conduct by Judy Richards. She is one of your employees who was rude and condescending and refused to give me the number to corporate. I was gifted a pair of pants and wanted to simply exchange them. They told me that because I do not have the original customers account information. There was nothing that could be done. Pants had original tags and came in the original gift box, Miss Judy wouldn't even scan the pair of pants. I called your customer service line to make a complaint the lady answering the line was not able to assist me. She said, without the customers account number there was nothing I could do. when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was left on hold for over 20 minutes over 20 minutes!!! I don't understand how the company is able to operate this way. How is it that you can't even scan a piece of merchandise to see what it can be exchanged for without a gift receipt!?! I demand an explanation and an apology from your employee who was rude and condescending. Perhaps it's because she was Anglo and I am a Latina!!! And yes, all the workers are White.

I had to return a blouse last week to this location. Ruth was lovely and made it an enjoyable experience. My daughter and I returned the next day as I purchased a couple of outfits. Great clothes at an affordable price. Nice atmosphere. Keep up the good work!

Let me start by saying I LOVE Chicos! My wardrobe is full of Chicos clothing and I couldn't be happier with the quality and style. However, I had to make a return on some pants that didn't fit and I stopped at this branch while I was in the area with my dad. The young woman who was the cashier was not friendly with me and did not ask how I wanted my return to be processed. There probably was a miscommunication on my end too but at the same time, I got the sense the cashier really didn't want to be there and certainly didn't want to be bothered by me from the vibes I got. The other workers there seemed to not want to be bothered by me either and kept asking the cashier that processed the return to also check me out. I also had to see myself to the changing room and was not asked if I needed any help. This was a completely different experience compared to the previous visits to other locations and in not a good way. This has got to be the worst location I have been to. I had far better experiences at the Calabasas and Modesto locations.I decided to update my rating to one star. The service I received was unacceptable and I felt that I was discriminated against. I should have never purchased anything from this store and I plan to never return to this location.

I walked in with the intention of buying their black sequins dress for a holiday party I need to go to tonight, but I was completely ignored. Not one of the sales rep greeted me nor asked if they could be of assistance. Keep in mind I am a POC ( Black) and all of the sales rep were white. One of them ( a young lady ) almost bumped into me, but did not say excuse me, she just kept walking. I might as well not been in the store. Another older lady who was at the register raised her head, looked directly at me (we made eye contact) and put her head back down as if I was a waste of her time. Which made me walk out without purchasing the dress. Plus, write this review. smh

The sales associates were very attentive in helping me find just the right style and size for a special occasion outfit that I needed to put together. They all went above and beyond to make my Chico's visit a pleasant experience. I left with exactly the right outfit for the occasion along with a few extra items from the clearance aisle that I will enjoy as well. Thank you, Chico's Studio City!

Great quality, personable and knowledgable staff that is always willing to help and keep everything organized! We are at our mid 50’s and my wife loves how their team keeps bringing in new merchandise!
