Came in to open a business checking account. We worked with Melissa, who was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. One of the managers, Jimmy, also stopped by to help with some other questions we had. Great first impression from this branch.

I worked with Ethan (personal banker) and Daniel (teller) today when I opened my new account. There was a short wait even with an appointment but they were both worked to get me out of there quickly. They were extremely helpful and friendly.

Zero stars- Very incompetent staff- had to come 4 times to open an account because every time I went there they are remembering a new requirement- seems these people do not know their own policies. The supervisor was rude and left while we were discussing the situation. I went to another bank with the same documents and got an account in 15 minutes !!

This bank mailed my credit card to the wrong address and said person used it for over 10 years and was paying and i never got any statements and never knew this happening until they defaulted. My baker at wells ran my credit report and saw that i had an almost $9,000.00 charge off so i went to chase and paid it. I took said person and chase to small claims and chase must be contributing big time to our local politicians, because they're bulletproof when it comes to culpability. I was given a judgment against said person and put a lien they're house. Chase bank is the worst.

Mercy, one of the branch managers, is a godsend. I have been working on locating my safe deposit box for two years. I went to several other branches and either no one knew what to do or they just didn't want to help. Thanks to Mercy, I have my stuff back.

What a wonderful experience today with one of Chases newest personal bankers Ethan Peterson ! Friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He made closing my account and opening a new CD at Chase easy and pleasant with his warm personality thank you Chase I love my branch here in studio city.

I was arriving to bank for international wire transfer. Nobody in line, waited 30 minutes. Ask manager, manager out of his office. Monday 09.19.2022 at 10:35. Three clerks sited in their booth and do nothing.

This Chase Bank branch is in my opinion is one of the best in an industry.Truly very professional, customer oriented, efficient and very knowledgeable stuff. And branch manager - Michele is the industry one of the best banking manager and highly efficient and best branch executive.

Terrible branch. Not willing to help at all. I do have credit cards and accounts thru Chase and needed a certifying officer. They not only didn’t do it, they did not even help me for alternatives. Did not let me speak to a manager. Bunch of useless people.

Great location and polite, friendly staff. Building is always air conditioned and smells great. Plenty of parking at 3 adjacent parking lots. Deposits and withdrawals have been a breeze here.

One more review. They don't have time to serve their clients. I came to made an appointment but they forgot to make it. They advised me to come one more time later which is insane. All I want is to open a new business account with them. Zero client service at the beginning

This branch used to be great I've been a member for many many many years. This morning I came in waited 20 minutes to get into my safe deposit Box . It took 40 minutes For somebody to came help me put my Box back . Then I had to wait another 30 minutes in line to make a payment. It used to be good I don't know what happened. I was in the Bank for an hour and a 1/2. And no courtesy no one is looking at you no 1 acknowledges you're there . something needs to change.

One of the worst branches for customer service in the valley. The employees genuinely don’t give a ____about your account and will say so to your face. Rude.
