Tim repaired my hair that was ruined by another salon ( 4 - 5 different shades of orange instead of a blond shade)That owner told me that it would take up to 7 visits) Tim fixed it in one day. People I know want to know his formula. I let him pick a color that was age appropriate and it really matches my skin tone. He cuts hair. By appointment. Also, the atmosphere is relaxing. I can't say enough about Tim's professionalism, skills and how fun it is for me to see him. I had one hairdresser that thought I was her therapist. I was not there to hear about her problems. I finally left because I always left with a different color. I have always had competent hairdressers. But, Tim at Ceci's on Forman Ave. in Toluca Lake stands above the rest. The combination of being to do color and cut and is never running late. ***** The Salon is about 10 minutes from Warner Bros. near Pass Ave. Yay for Tim at Ceci's Salon!

Stephanie always does an amazing job! When I fly in from out of yown she always squeezes me in and just does wonders. The best OMG shampoo skills. A complete head massage. Totally relaxation!

I got my hair layered and dyed by the wonderful Patricia and she did an extremely awesome Job and was so fast! She knew exactly what cut would best frame my face and mixed the most beautiful colors for my hair. She's experienced, fun, friendly and I can't wait to come back for my next hair appt!
