Fixed the garbage disposal quickly and another issue with the front door. Took 2 business days after I submitted the maintenance repair request, for it to get resolved.

After 5 years at the Catalina Apartments, I'm confident in recommending the community to friends in the area. From move-in to move-out, the property manager (Rafael) was amazing to work with. Not only is he extremely friendly and knowledgable, he was quick to address any questions or maintenance tickets. The property's location can't be beat for those who appreciate the walkability of Studio City. What really sets this building apart: the residents at Catalina have created an amazing community of neighbors - something that is rare in larger apartment buildings.

The management staff is great, yet the fact that the water keeps getting shut off for hours at a time from week to week, or every other week is beyond annoying.
As well as the power going out multiple times within a month/week is too much, and doesn't reflect the elevated and overly inflated rent prices here. Not to mention that our cars get broken into about once every 3/4 months. None of that is cool. Period.

Me and my husband are moving out after almost 3 years in this apt building. This review is mostly for the building manager, Rafael. He’s been absolutely wonderful from the beginning till the end. He is kind, fun, organized, responsive, accommodating and understanding. Now the building itself is kept clean and safe for the most part. The pet park is pretty spacious. The new treadmill in the gym helps me run longer?The neighborhood is nice except for the traffic on Laurel Canyon. The location is conveniently close to so many restaurants plus Trader Joe’s. You can walk everywhere. There’s a nice massage place called the now walking distance as well. Thank you so much, Raf! Catalina is very lucky to have you! ?

Catalina is beautiful, convenient and has top-notch resident services and support. There is constantly building improvement going on, such as power-washing & painting.

Just moved in to a 2 bedroom at Catalina. Love the view and quietness of the apartment. Live near back of building and overlooking Carpenter School. Any repairs were immediately addressed by Rafael and maintenance. Everyone seems to have dogs including me! Very dog friendly park in the back of the apartment complex.
