I have done several custom orders here and have had great results consistently.Karla Khoury is always helpful and available for updates.Yes custom orders can take 6 weeks or longer...but worth it

I ordered a 12 foot Kirsch wood curtain rod from them that nobody else could get for me. They got it in their shop in less than a week, and when I went to pick it up, I discovered what a gem this place is for window coverings. Everyone was very kind and helpful.
