Worst ever !! We’ve been taking four dogs there for at least 10 years!! Never again! Manager was rude. I actually was on speaker phone when my daughter and manger were talking. She was very rude and knew nothing. Her answer to all questions was “I don’t know”. They didnt cut the top of the dogs head, tail or feet!! Two dogs were taken in and the other dogs tail wasn’t cut!! Not a good place anymore. That used to be the only place we would go. Do not recommend!!

My dog LOVES going to daycare at Bone Sweet Bone! The facilities are well-maintained and the service is excellent. The wonderful caregivers and staff go above and beyond to make sure my dog is well taken care of and they are always friendly and professional. I have been taking my dog to Bone Sweet Bone for 9 years and am consistently impressed with what a great job they do. Thank you, Bone Sweet Bone!

Let me start by saying I have been a customer of the studio city location for over 7 years, and today was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had and it is all due to the RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM that I had to deal woth from the manager Marcela. She has a non caring idgaf attitude towards customers and due to my interaction with her today I will not be returning to that location anymore. Santiago the owner, should really do better work at screening employees before hiring!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a standard poodle, I'm a dog trainer and worked at places with grooming services before so... I can be EXTREMELY picky about my dog haircut. Kodiak is been going to this location for a year and I love the work they do with him. He requires ear plucking too and they are very good at it. Every time I took him I had a great experience.

Got my sweet one year old yorkie-poo back and he's been unable to walk on the grass to go potty because of multiple cuts on two paws. They took over 3 hours to groom him but I think they might've been stopping the bleeding. So sad to see your dog in pain. Even worse when they don't tell you they injured him. He's bandaged up but he may have to see a vet, which they need to pay for.

Great cuts and great responsibility when handling my dog, I've been going here for 3 years and aside from the sometimes awkward haircut they always treat the animals with the highest level of care. My pup is always happy.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with this groomer. They were very nice and pleasant, but after a few days home, we noticed our dog had razor burn that was starting to scab - we had to take him to the vet twice to help soothe his sores and get some medicated ointment that allowed him to heal. I reached out via their website to inform Bone Sweet Bone about this and ask that at the very least they refund the cost of this groom, but they never replied. I would never take my dog here again - as a company that takes care of animals, I don't trust them and I definitely don't trust that they have any compassion.

1st time I took her to this place. After I picked her up found out her anal is bleeding. It is frustrating for me. I guess this is from anal gland expression but we did it so many times in difference groomers. It never ever happened. They should be more professional.

In 2019, I originally chose this daycare by a simple google search and absolutely fell in love. The staff seemed to really care for my dog and I felt safe with him being there. UNFORTUNATELY, I recently had a horrible experience with the manager (whom I had never seen her before - not sure if she is new).When I arrived to drop off my dog, at 9am, she told me that he had been “nipping” at the other dogs and starting fights the last time he was there (the week prior).My dog will be almost 8 years old, we have been to several different daycares (I travel for work) and have not had one problem.I told her NOT ONE person called me to notify me of this…..had I’d known, I would have picked him up immediately. I said we wouldn’t return and called the newer North Hollywood Location to see if they would be able to take him, ONLY for them to tell me there was a note written about him.I would NEVER want to put MY dog or ANYONE else’s pet in danger. How UNPROFESSIONAL was it to never notify me and keep my dog in an UNSAFE environment.The staff has always been nice, HOWEVER, the owner MUST do better with communication. I had driven there before work and had to make different last minute arrangements due to a LACK of communication.

Been taking my pup here for a bath for a few years now. The staff is super friendly, professional and they do a great job taking care of my little chihuahua. Even though I moved out of Studio City, I still make the drive over just for this place. Highly recommend. But to the owner: please switch back to the older bandanas you guys used to use. It used to be the highlight of the bath and we could reuse them when we wanted to put something cute on him. The old bandanas were great (the new ones not so much).

This place did an amazing job with my golden and I was so happy to have a groomer who had experience with Golden Retrievers!$110 + Tip for the following:- Sanitary trim- Teeth brushing- Deshedding- Bath- Nail trim (includes under paw shave)

I needed to find a new groomer after moving and trusted my instinct (and fellow reviews) and SO happy how great everything was! My dog was overdue for a grooming and they did everything perfectly. He truly looks better than ever and I highly recommend grooming here!!
