Liz & the whole team here are amazing. Great location too. I walked in last week and only one person was working and she greeted me & helped out everyone in the store quickly and awesomely?. So knowledgeable too. And Liz just ordered an out of stock online product for me and had it delivered to my house! I really like the studio city BM team! Thank you ladies!!!

Everyone knows that I have an impulsive issue when it comes to scents... this place was nearly my downfall! They have all the high-end scents from perfume, body wash, lotions, etc. to hair care as well. Prices are what you would expect for the neighborhood. They have signature bags for the gifts to be placed it as well so there is THAT bonus! Respectfully Reviewed.

I like the store because only them have such items i need specifically. But my rework is about nice salesperson Jasmine! she's so nice, kind and so helpful, always looks gorgeous and i looove her energy so much! she's one more retro come back again!

Great boutique. Wonderful skincare products that are all good for your skin and made from clean ingredients. I had a return item, and it was hassle free with a full refund. Great service and samples were available.

Bluemercury is the best place to buy cosmetics. The staff is knowledgeable they really know the products and what is best for my skin. I feel like Jazmin is my personal makeup artist. From keeping wrinkles at bay to the latest lipstick colors I trust her recommendations.

Do not buy from Bluemercury. I purchased Supergoop sunscreen and it arrived with an expiration date within 5 months. I contacted customer service and they said they're not able to guarantee expiration dates, despite Supergoop saying it's usually 2 years. Apparently business is slow and they're selling old products.

Very rude staff. I wouldn't step in this location ever again or purchase anything from Blue Mercury after dealing with a customer care representative from this location. Another example of customer care going to the dogs in this country.

For the second time they sold me EXPIRED old products. This happened to me a few months ago. The products seemed different than usual so I contacted the manufacturers directly and they were ALL EXPIRED by years not months . I assumed this was a fluke and bought there again and contacted manufacturers and AGAIN ALL EXPIRED. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE. Just awful.

Great neighborhood beauty store! The staff is very knowledgeable and always help me with my skincare and makeup needs. Alfredo, Elisa and Jazmin recommend great products and actually take the time to teach me about them and how to use them. I don't feel pressured like I do in other stores. My skin has changed since I've shopped here. They have a lot of spa and doctor brands that I love like ReVive and IS Clinical.

Had a pretty good experience here. Although one of the associates told me that another brand I was actually looking for, with a location on the same block, closed and convinced me to buy a product they said was better than the other brand. I walked out and realized the other store was very much still open! I returned the blue mercury product and purchased what I really wanted. The sales associate at BM was very nice though, as well as, the cashier. I would return for other items.

if I could give it zero stars I would. The location is great but the customer service is horrible and the last two expensive products I bought were defected. I attached a picture of one of them here. I came this morning, August 5 and purchased Oribe hair serum for $70. When I got home I noticed the bottle wouldn't come out of the box and I had to cut it open to find that the bottle was leaking and the wax was stuck to the box. When I came back to exchange it the lady was extremely rude about it. A month ago I bought a Joe Malone perfume that was sold past its due date, I gave it as a gift to someone and when she opened it it was orange instead of clear and smelled like rotten eggs. When I told the lady that she acted like it wasn't a big deal. I will never shop at this location again. The lady I spoke to said how are they supposed to check each product, well I don't know but this has never happened at any other store except for yours so maybe you guys should probably figure something out, and make sure you don't sell products that are sold past expiration date. This store is always empty and anytime I've ever been no one else has been inside. I think other people feel the same way. Thank you so much

Wasn’t aware this place closed in the middle of the day for an hour. They don’t display it online nor did they disclose that on the phone call 5 minutes before I showed up to a sign on the door “closed be back in an hour” ridiculous.

Oh I never give a 1 star review but I needed to today. Came at 3pm to purchase a daily essential that isn't sold in too many places (Chantecaille product), only to find a written sign in the front that says "Be back in an hour, thx!" with NO time. Do I wait 10 mins? Or a full hour. I don't know. We waited about 20. Feeling like we might have to wait even longer, My patient husband says he can continue wait with me because he knows how I really needed wanted this product. Of course I won't do that to him. I start thinking, I should've just ordered online - then I think, wait - this isn't my fault! Maybe they are short staffed, but if the hours on their website says 10am-7pm, they should be mindful that there might be a loyal customer who might come from afar during those hours! And what will wind up happening is that the loyal customer becomes distraught, goes down the street to Sephora, where helpful staff helps her become their new loyal customer via a Charlotte Tilbury item that compares nicely.
