I don't like the snarky way they treat my mother when she makes her deposits. There have only been 2 tellers who have been pleasant... the rest are condescending and rude; dredging up the absolute worst customer service from the lowest depths.

The best BOFA branch I’ve ever been. Everybody is helpful and very efficient. No wait time because they are all attentive to their client’s needs. I left the bank with a big smile on my face.Before coming to this office, I was at Sherman Oak’s branch. The teller told me to wait and none of them even bothered to see me after waiting for more than 30 minutes, so I left. BTW, it was not a busy day at all.

Absolutely horrific service on all levels. If you work 9 to 5 this is the last place you want to bank with. There business hours are trash , only open between 10 and 4 and closed on the weekends making it impossible for you to take care of your business unless you call off. Aside from constantly being understaffed the people who do work there are rude , unaccountable and have the brain capacity of a gold fish. I will be closing my account as soon as I can afford to take off work to do so. Just absolutely terrible ethics, business and rules. They will literally hold your money hostage and only allow certain amounts to be withdrawn from the ATM forcing you to go inside and have to interact with there unqualified staff. I would be embarrassed to be be in charge of this location or a shareholder.

This bank is always short staffed and a long line. Avoid at all costs. I've been here a handful of times because it is the closest to me but every time I go they are short staffed. I understand that covid has caused a lot of short staffing. But on one of my visits I waited in the teller line for 40 minutes.Today I went by again and they had no tellers. I stood there until I peeked into someone's office to ask what's going on. The manager was nice enough to help me. Highly suggest going to another branch.

Always one teller, long lines and extremely poor customer service. When I asked why there was only one teller all the time... I was told it was the "new normal." B of A pays poorly, has incompetent people and if you see their ads on TV, they don't want you in the bank. They want you to do all of your banking on your phone. Time for B of A to go.

The worst customer service, they have one teller and a line of 10 people, all the time. Avoid stopping by if it's not necessary! Online banking is best. Save yourself a bad experience! Sadly this is not the first time I experience lack of efficiency and that's why I am daring to write a bad review. This is not a one time problem at this branch, I am sorry!
