When I arrived, Mr. Lee didn’t have the exact part in stock, but he quickly looked it up, showed me the price, and ordered it online right in front of me — full transparency, no hidden costs. Mr. Lee also helped me tape up my broken mirror so I could drive around in the meantime.
Since I actually live a bit far from the shop, I was worried about making multiple trips and having to go through rush hour traffic to come to the shop. Mr. Lee kindly offered to come to my house after hours once the part arrived, since he lives not far away from me. And he did show up fixing the mirror and leaving my car looking as good as new.

“Well, today (11/15/2024) I called "Pacific Auto Body & Paint" with 4.9 star review and spoke with Peter. I explained my situation (my Toyota Corolla) and he asked me to visit their shop and get advice from their specialist (other shops didn't do this!). I drove there and they fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes and at NO cost!! (how many shops will do this??). Peter was very polite and friendly, they have a very nice yard and garage, and did take care of my car right away (this is prioritization). Good customer service and knowing how to prioritize are very important to me and they deserve a 5 star review. Thank you Peter, good job to the Pacific Auto body & paint team.”

“This place is incredible! Not only are the staff nice, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, but they truly are experts! I was in a hit and run accident and where the driver left a huge dent and black streaks on my light blue 2024 Chevy trax RS. As you may think, this made my car look horrible. After going to several different body shops to get an estimate, my cousin, who had been a customer of Innovative before, told me to come here.
Once I showed up, I got an estimate that was way cheaper than the asking price of other collision shops, and the work they did was incredible!! You can see it in the photos below. I would highly recommend coming here and at least getting the quote. Their work speaks for itself, but the work they do is amazing!! I will be recommending anyone I know to come here!
