This place sells lottery and when you arrive with a ticket that has a small prize all the time they say the machine doesn't work and several times they say the same thing, sell if they like it but change the tickets they don't like it ???

These days it's all about the price, assuming it is "top tier" gas (ARCO is). This station consistently charges a LOT more than surrounding ARCO stations. One day I checked with that well known gasoline app and they were 80c a gallon higher than the one on Victory. In my truck that would be ~ $14 extra per fill. Nope.
