Chris, a supervisor for Angelanos paid impeccable attention to detail in ensuring my car; which was already low to the ground, did not encounter any damage after having a completely flat tire. Accordingly based upon this experience I would highly recommend this company.

Do not use this towing company. They are the worst. They damaged my car with a dent and major scratches and have denied my claim for repair. They did offer complimentary buffing which tells me they know they caused the damage. The absolute WORST adjuster and don’t get me started on NANCY… AWFUL

Angelenos has been absolutely great to work with! Since my first interaction everyone has been so friendly and helpful. Nancy and Irma in the office are always friendly and accommodating and make sure I’m taken care of. Mike is great and put in so much effort trying to diagnose my car while explaining everything to me so everything was very transparent. I will definitely be coming back and recommending!

Really rude.
Called them twice and they hung up on me.
Lady was very impolite.
Called another company and received prompt and friendly help right away.
Don’t bother contacting them when you need a tow.

As someone who understands very little about cars, I was politely asking questions to try to better understand what my car needed. I was hung up on. One woman laughed at my question and put me on hold mid-laugh without saying anything. Incredibly unprofessional. AAA, please affiliate with more professional companies.

I was in the Pacific Palisades. And they got there within 10 minutes. I think they service this area. Regardless, a super patient and professional serviceman helped me. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

I don’t live in the area and stay out here for work for long periods. A few weeks ago I had a car problem where I couldn’t get my car to shift into gear. I was hesitant not taking it to my regular mechanic because I was scared of getting ripped off but I have nothing but the highest praise for everyone at Angeleno’s. They were kind, honest and transparent with me throughout the whole process and I have been telling all my friends out here that they are definitely the place to go in Los Angeles. Absolutely wonderful service and wonderful team I will go to them with any issues I have that arise in the future. Thank you Angeleno’s team!

I’m not the kind to leave reviews but the incident that happened this past week gave me no other choice.
my boyfriend’s car is suppose to have run flat tires & which he thought he had paid for at AAA $400 each tire.
we ended up having a flat tire up north & was stranded for a few hours late night because we found out they weren’t run flats…
my boyfriend had went back for a solution & the service was very hostile & unprofessional to a point they actually lied & accused of them selling run flats.
It’s sad that a place like this would rather taint their reputation & business rather than fix a problem they created

If you want a real towing company these clowns are not For you. Told AAA that Couldn’t pick up my Chevy 2500 because it’s too wide, too heavy and has a ladder rack? Maybe the problem is they don’t have real flatbed trucks! Called ADJ towing in Northridge. They came out with a real flatbed and handled the job like a champ! Angelinos get some real trucks man!

I took my car in to have the brakes checked at another mechanic. They told me my battery was leaking acid and I needed a new battery. I thought that was odd bc the battery was only 3 years old. I called AAA and they sent a tech from Angelenos out. He checked the battery and it was completely fine! The other place was going to charge me double the price of the AAA battery!! So glad I called AAA and had an honest tech! Thanks Angelenos Service!!
