This guy is always in the back room with a closed sign on the door. Sometimes he comes out to smoke. It’s very annoying needing water and 10/10 times I’ve come here at night he always has the doors shut. Also very rude and condescending. I don’t usually do reviews but I had too.
Look at the spelling of his sign please. Someone please replace him with a person who will actually have the doors open to an ampm. Thx.

Nasir is rude. She does not need to work with people. She is disrespectful. Do not go to this gas station. I will be reporting this place. They should be shut down

This place does not accept credit cards at all. Not that the pumps or in the store . They also do not accept VISA debit. (Yes, VISA, the largest debit card provider in America.) I’m not sure how you can run a business in 2020 with these policies. It’s laughable.

What's up with the negative attitude towards this gas station and minimart?!! Chill out, fellow Yelpers! The prices at this place just can't be beat. The employees behind the register have always been polite and efficient to me. I'm sure they have to put up with a lot of craziness and BS from all the riffraff that comes in. If everyone just stays relaxed and keeps their cool, we'll all get cheap gas and cheap snacks, drinks, and beer! Yes, sometimes the pumps don't work. Yes, sometimes it's very hard to navigate the gas station because of how crowded it gets. Yes, sometimes cards get voided by the register. None of this is the employee's fault. Chill, Yelpers, chill...it's all good here...it's the cheapest gas in the area...chill... Bond with the people behind the register. If you are good to them, they will be good to you!

I'm an Uber driver bought gas got some ice in my thermos no drink and the guy charged me .55 cents. I've never paid for Ice before any any convince store. Total bogus would not let me speak to a manager left pissed off

I wanted to give this place as negative a rating as I could. This place is the absolute worst. I walked up to get gas and some guy threw up a gone for 30 minutes sign right in my face? These guys are notorious for being giant douche bags, and they embrace it at every chance they get. Bad food, bad customer service. Also they're more concerned with the phone call in their ear, than your purchase. Never going there again. I'll pay more to get better service, shame is they don't care and either does a.m/pm.

Be very very careful using plastic at this place!!!! I wouldn't go there unless it is an emergency, have cash!! You know how people put card readers on ATMs, this is one.......

I was threatened to be killed by the CLERK named SUZAN Today! What a horrible human being. I went in to try to replace a fountain drink and Mr SUZAN said no refil for free. I then said I am not trying to get a free refill, I am just trying to get a soda that actually has syrup in it! He then proceeded to cuss out my elderly friend who is a 70 year old. And said he would kill us if we didn't leave. Boo I wish I could give this damn place zero stars. The police said this has happend before and will most likely keep happening until the owner is smart enough to fire that employee or is forced to shut down due to loss of customers

Came to get some fuel and food Well fuel was easy to do, and wanted to get some stacks and food they had here, but no restrooms to wash my hands after I fuel up. Bad service not having restroom if you going to sell food and snacks. To the owner, recommend getting your restroom back in order, as you will sell more items and have happy customers.

Was here on 3/5/18...got gas and asked for restroom...no restroom! WTF? What kind of gas station has no restroom? No big deal though. I went to get a fountain drink and when I filled it to the top, I noticed that there was what appeared to be three tiny flies on top of the ice. I took the drink to the cashier and I said look there's bugs in your ice machine or in your drink machine and he looked at me and could not have cared less so I just left the drink and took off. I don't know what person would ever go into this disgusting dirty place and deal with these idiot rude employees. If I wasn't in a hurry I probably would have got into an argument with the moron that was behind the counter but as I had little time I just left my stuff there and took off. I just wish I would not have gotten any gas here because I hate that I gave them any business!

Suzan needs a lesson in customer service, incredibly rude with no care for the customers or business. Yelled at me, and told me that it's my fault the pump doesn't work, and I must not know how to pump gas. Well news flash to him I know how to pump gas, and instead of being rude he could have gotten off his high horse and helped instead of criticizing me. Lost money because of him, and had to go get gas else where because he was to full of himself to help a paying customer. Avoid getting gas here at all costs, if zero stars was an option I can guarantee you that this would have zero stars

Appalling "customer service." Pump wouldn't work and no one would help me, including the employee who was clearly about to start her break. The cashier slammed my $20 back on the counter when he refused my request for help (three times). I used to go here a lot - never again. I ended up, almost totally out of gas, at the station on Coldwater/Ventura, where they were polite and wished me a nice day. This place, however, can shove it.
