The worst manicure I’ve ever had. My hands are in so much pain from being cut and burned so much and the shaping and coloring look terrible. Do not recommend and can’t believe I paid for that. I am bleeding under every single nail and this costed $90.
UPDATE:
I went back instantly and asked for some money back because I was in so much pain and was denied. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

Been going here for years and everyone here is amazing and the work has always been superb. Helen always does my nails and whoever is available does my toes and I’ve never been disappointed! Gel Manicures always last at least a month and gel pedis last about two months. Definitely worth the price for me!

I paid $46 dollars for a gel pedi that was rushed and the women took her sander and took a layer of skin off the top of my toe. It still hurts and is raw. I needed a new place and this sure is not the place who is getting my future biz. Hard Pass !!

The best nail salon in all of Los Angeles! Maya is just the best. She understands exactly what I want - the attention to detail is above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I won't go anywhere else!

I have been going to Allura for over six years. I always love how they do my nails, even though they are always running late when you make an appointment, I didn't care because my nails looked great. I always go in with my 9 year old daughter and she gets her nails painted. We have been doing this since she was 3. The other day we came in for our scheduled appointment, my daughter was picking a polish color when she accidentally dropped a polish and the bottle broke. I apologized and cleaned it up myself. When I was done with my manicure and it was time to pay they added $20 for the broken polish!!!!! I was shocked and offended! Over 6 years and they had the nerve to charge for a broken polish? I found it so over the top and $20? When I questioned it she said "gel polish is expensive". I looked it up on Amazon, it costs $15, and I am sure they don't pay retail for polish. It was a used bottle of blue gel polish, the right thing to do would have been to let it go and not make my 9 year old feel bad. After over six years of loyalty you would think this would be an non issue! Obviously, I will never step foot in there again. Terrible way up treat long term loyal clients.

So, apparently, if you don’t like the color to be too far off your cuticles (that it looks like your manicure is already grown/a week old), you “need to go to a place where they do Russian manicure”. That’s what my manicurist told me when I told her that the color is way too far from my cuticles. She told me not to come here and go to Russian manicure place. Well, I don’t know what Russian manicure is. Normal nail painting is part of any manicure, Russian, American or Irish. Also, when I asked her at the beginning whether they use brand new scrubbers and filers on each customer, she almost started shoveling things at me, saying “Here, check, check”. This experience will cost you $85. By the way, nothing here is “organic” or “vegan”, whatever vegan means for a nails salon. And cuticle cream is watered down.Services: Gel manicures

I love this spot! Always high quality work and affordable. Sometimes it takes a little longer here because they don't have that many techs but if you're on this side of town they're definitely the best all around as far as price, quality, and cleanliness. They're great!

this salon USED to be my fave, lately i've just been trying to ignore the red flags because I felt comfy at this salon, but after this past experience I'm over it. first of all, idk why, but the past few months (maybe because of covid?) they only ever have like 2 people working there, so they are either always busy, rushing you, or if there's a few costumers in the salon you could be sitting there for hours Inbetween ur services. honestly my nails always look great, I get a full set and pedi and it's always really beautiful. but the actual process? omg. takes over 2 hours usually, lots of discomfort, rushing, nails bleeding, and obvious s*** talking by the employees right in front of you. one of the ladies is so amazing and kind. but the one with the eyeliner who typically picks up the phone is not nice at all. I always get sad when shes the one doing my acrylics LOL. she rushes, is extremely rough, and doesn't do what u want unless u are very firm with her, but then she will be even less gentle with ur hands and feet cuz she gets pissed. last time i wanted long coffin and ended up with short squares and bleeding cuticles. also not to mention this salons obvious favoritism (or racism?). let's just say when a lady with a chanel bag walks in they will drop everything they are doing and give her star treatment. I don't know if it's because I dress like a bum to get my nails done, but if only these women knew how much I would tip them if they actually treated me like a human being LOL. idk if I'm gonna go back, the prices are great and the nails are usually very nice, but I can't deal with that one lady anymore

Meh. I used to really like this place but the last 2 times I've come here been really unimpressed. I even have called a few times in between to ask if they had an opi gel shade in stock and was just told "no" immediately and hung up on, no offer to find something similar or asked if I wanted to book an appointment. Today I came in and my pedicure water was COLD, no jets in the water either and no massage for the massage chair, not really worth their prices to be honest.

Excellent gel manis! They last weeks. And they file the gel nail polish off by hand which I prefer so my nails don’t thin!
