They should be sued for false advertising they said they had a product that was ready for pickup in store when I got there the lady didn't hardly even know what I was talking about.
I'm walking around the store for a little bit and found the area where the product should have been and they were out nothing in stock.
Wish there was a rating lower than one star.

Great experience, went in with less than a plan and Oliver was able to give me guidance on some plumbing ideas. He gave me great suggestions and although they didn’t have what I needed for this project I will always come back to Ace. Stay frosty, Oliver!

It is my preference to leave a good review to support good businesses. I couldn't do that this time. The customer service here was truly rude. The cashier rolled her eyes at me several times, even when I had thanked her and acknowledged that I had cut it close after rushing to the store after work, to fix an emergency hole in the window. I had gotten there 10 minutes before they closed. The senior employee was lovely and helpful and suggested some fixes that might help with solutions. Customer service is paramount when coming to a bricks and mortar store. I'd rather buy online next time. Thank you to the employees who were kind and professional. Someone on the team with this kind of disdainful attitude to a customer is unfortunate. We've all had part time jobs during school. I was taught that the customers are the reason we have jobs. It is a give and take.

Cute little small store but it had the two items I needed so I was happy. The clerks were knowledgeable about where to get the two items I needed and I was out in 6 minutes and on my way.

They had a lot of stuff like most Ace Hardwares do. I found the one employee I spoke with not very knowledgeable about what they had in the store. They had what I needed but had to find it myself.

Feel like I'm being generous giving 2 stars but their customer service could definitely use some help. I'm not going to waste my energy going into details but just be aware you may have the same experience at this location. Would rather drive a little further out than spend my money at this location. Just horrible!!

They have everything here, great place to shop if you need to grab a quick tool or part. The customer service is great, wish the parking situation was better, but overall a great place to shop.
