I came here and purchased 2 yerba maté teas And a pack of M&Ms. I go to the register and there is a lady working there she rings up my items and then my total comes to $18 and some change. Mind you the lady is very dismissive and is trying to rush me, I had to ask for the receipt and when I got the receipt I was charge for an egg salad sandwich. Red flag I hate egg salad I kindly asked her why did I get charged for this and her answer was because someone didn't purchase it before me so basically I got stuck with an item they could not sell. So if I would have not have said anything they would've basically taken my money the lady was not even apologetic and ended up just giving me my money in cash versus on the debit card I paid on. And I would never suggest anyone to come and shop at this store it was one of the worst customer service i've experiences at 7-Eleven I have ever received.

Horrible on every visit! The employees are extremely rude every time…even when you make a point to be friendly. Also, make sure you check your receipts or they will try to overcharge you on the advertised deals. If you ask for an explanation, you will receive attitude from the employees.Many homeless people congregate outside and it creates unsafe situations in the parking lot. Plus, they continuously trash the sidewalks and graffiti the walls nearby. I have also witnessed a confrontation between an employee and a persons stealing at the entrance…it was uncomfortable and everyone in the store was worried for their safety.Do yourself a favor and keep driving down the street to another store. You will find friendly people and safer/cleaner conditions.

A****** employees would not recommend I hope this place closes. Even though I was a 7/11 customer, dude told me I couldn't park in their 7/11 parking lot??? So I left and took my business elsewhere but goddamn seriously?

They have people living in their back office enslaved or indentured via cast system. They also randomly close the store at odd hours but it's supposed to be 24 hours. They close it to do nothing. I've stood there and watched them chat. There is another 7-11 2 mins away. Take your money to that one not this one with slaves in the back and random closing.

Move sobfast, that you have to ask for them to go back and put your phone number in, but what for since they process your transaction without asking if you want to use your points....and then glare at you like you doing something wrong. At least they had my "Screamin Energy" packets.

Be sure to ask for and review your receipt! I purchased 2 bottles of water and a bag of chips. The cashier started to put them in a bag , I said " no, no bag."I looked at the receipt , later in the day and this guy charged me for the bag . It is .15 cents but they are probably charging everybody, that isn't paying attention.

This store is run by a family and all except one of them are completely lazy rude difficult argumentative men one of them can't even figure out how to make coffee I waited 25 minutes one day at 4:30 for make a cuppa coffee today I show up at 4:10 as per my usual trying to get my coffee that I get every day I'm working and we're closed that's what he says and he's locked the door from the inside was a huge a** chain and start screaming at me and another customerThis man is beyond verbally abusive I encourage anyone that's had an interaction with them to call corporate like I'm going to do today they are not allowed to randomly change their hours like he has

Went to this Studio City 711 last time I’ll go- I give the guy cash, doesn’t give me change! I had to ask him! He says “we’re out of pennies” that’s not my problem. How much extra money are they making off people? Heinous.
