I’m also surprised by the great reviews. I pulled in and the tech was sitting on his phone; barely looked up at me when I asked for a smog check, before dismissing me with “we don’t do (your type of car)” I said “you can’t do a car based on the type?” And he barely responded “nope too hard” Business must be pretty good… although I was the only customer in the lot. ?

I’m honestly a little shocked at how i was treated by the technician based on the reviews i see here. he seemed upset with me before i even said a word to him! I was admitedly confused the whole time i was there, the tech seemed to forget i had already given his office lady my info (my name and phone number) and got angry at me after he asked me to fill out the forms again. I mentioned i had a coupon when I arrived and he told me to give it to his office lady, and then told me not to leave when i tried to go speak with her again. So I assumed i would have to give it to her when i went to pay, little do i know HE tenders payment not the office clerk. So when it comes time for payment he starts yelling at me again and tells me it’s too late to apply the coupon. His exact words were “i said sixty five and you said nothing!” Which is true, he literally just said the words “sixty five” then completed the transaction. Overall the service is quick, and even potentially cheap. But don’t expect them to be polite to you, as it seems like speed is prioritized over manners here. I see everyone else going on about how polite and professional he normally is so maybe he was having a rough day, but taking it out on me is unacceptable.

Super fast! I just got a SMOG check here and I was in and out within a half hour (there was someone ahead of me). The staff was helpful, clear, and friendly. I paid for my registration with the SMOG test and they printed out tags for me right away! I would highly recommend this place

Excellent quick service! Did not want to get a smog since it takes forever, and now, no worries, in and out within 15 minutes total! Wow! You don't get that kinda service that often. I did try and come when I saw they were least busiest on google, but boy was that a pain free errand. Grocery market trip lines take longer than that. Thank you again! Wish I would have known you could print my tags there(but I paid for them before I came). So awesome! Most people buy a AAA membership just to renew their tags there. I mean what a deal!

Came here for a smog test and DMV registration for an out of State vehicle. The guy said that we needed to go to the DMV for the registration since it's an out of State vehicle. I asked the lady inside if she would honor the Yelp $20 off check-in offer. She said no since we weren't doing the registration but that she would give me $10 off instead. They charge $60 here for the smog test and it's $45 at my daughter's mechanic so definitely shop around. We came here because we thought we could avoid going to the DMV.The lady in the office made it seem like she was doing me a huge favor by taking $10 off when there's a $10 off coupon on their website.The test was very quick so we were off to the DMV within 15 minutes or less.

Called on the phone & was told I didn't need an appointment. I showed up and had my smog check done in 15 minutes! I was able to renew my registration online the next day.

The technician provided great customer service. Got out under 15 minutes. The front end receptionist was a professional lady.
