I had a fridge delivered by XPO from Samsung.com. They arrived with my fridge, and took the old one out. But in the process they damaged my floors, walls and stairwell of my new home. I bought my house and moved in May of 2022, and they arrived On Wednesday May 25th. After the damage was done, I took photos and sent it all to them right away. They asked me to submit photos highlighting the damage that was done. I did all that was asked by the 31st. Got a quick response that they were opening claim and that a Joshua Brown was assigned to the case. I emailed Joshua and never heard back. I emailed them directly 2 days later and they said it was all being reviewed and that I should email Joshua. I called a few times since in the past few months and would just get a run around they were waiting on forms to fill out and then in June they were waiting on a contractor to get a quote. So on June 25th I had a contractor send me a quote for repairs and it came back at $1,130.00. So I forward this email to them, then heard nothing. I contacted them again September 22nd and they emailed me and Joshua asking to send me an update. Again nothing. It has been almost 5 months with 0 word on what the status is of my claim. I don't understand why no one from the company, especially this Joshua, don't respond to my emails unless I call and speak to a new person. Yet nothing gets resolved. I only got 2 calls from them, and that was from the same person just saying that sounds like some money is coming out of my guys paychecks. The fridge was $2209.15 and they did $1130 in damage to my house installing it, that is more than half the cost of the refrigerator.

I ordered 2 shelving units on 3/27 from Global Industrial. Arrived late 4/7 and damaged by XPO, see pics. Refused delivery based on damage. New order was sent by Global Industrial. 4/11 I received a call from XPO this Monday to arrange a delivery window of 12-4 on 4/21. No call, no show on 4/21. I called XPO 4/22, they said to expect delivery by 4 pm. No show and no call again. Its now 4/23 and im at a loss for how to get my order. It's been almost an entire month. I simply wanted a delivery day. I have taken 2 days off of work to receive an order that I still don't have. This has been exhausting. XPO stockton was very rude on the phone and unbelievably the man on the other line of the phone had the nerve to actually raise his voice because he didn't understand the situation I was trying to explain as outlined above in this review. I warn everybody if you're doing any shopping online and have a delivery coming, if it's being delivered by XPO logistics to cancel the order. This has taken up over a week of my life and I still have not received my product. Disputing charges on my credit card and arguing with people over some shelving we needed to remodel our home is no fun. You've been warned, XPO logistics has been the biggest waste of time, demeaning, and unprofessional service in the logistics industry hands-down. I worked for three years as a FedEx driver and I am absolutely apalled at every aspect of how this company is ran. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will explore all other avenues possible to spread the word about this terrible company. Good day to all.

Item is sitting in their facility for over 3 weeks now. cant get anyone to ship it. They don't seem to care about their tractor supply orders from what I'm observing. Was told my location is not on their route, so I'm assuming they'll ship when convenient for them. I don't know how to get them to ship item. Tractor supply has contacted them 5 times now. It was redirected to ship to store, but it hasn't motivated anyone. Writing this review while on hold with tractor supply customer solutions again.
