Shows nicer energy to people who look similar to them, had an appointment at 2 o’clock and waited a hour before walking out with no services because she over booked her self and was doing a pedicure & after about 45 minutes of us waiting started another pedicure. My mom and I were regulars here at this nail shop & tip regularly. She was trying to get serviced for her birthday this time. WE WILL NOT BE BACK! <3 Nail Tech: Vivian

I love this place . I used to go across town but when I found them I haven't been anywhere else since. Julie always takes good care of me even when I may not have an appointment. Julie and Sam make sure things are done right and timely. If you have any issues she gets them taken care of for you. I love them they always make me feel like royalty

I called Monday afternoon to make an appointment for Tuesday at 3:30pm for two fills. Tuesday comes and I make it to World Nails ll at 3:15 my appointment was at 3:30. They didn't start out service until 20 minutes after our appointment. The lady has the audacity to tell me they were busy which they wasn't and I needed to be there on time. Mind you we showed up at 3:15, 15 minutes before my appointment. She than tells us that we complain to much. First off you should never tell a customer about complaining when their the ones paying for the service. Not even that my mother's nails wasn't even shaped correctly. Our service lasted under 30 minutes. They rushed through our service. This is the worst nail shop I've ever been to. Never again. Their rude and argue with their customers. I wouldn't recommend anybody coming to World Nails ll. The last worker got mad at me because I told him don't cut my nails just trim them. They only have maybe 3 nail tech and the rest are for pedicures. Their customer service was awful. I'll spend my money somewhere else that's not rude and lazy with their work.

This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a nail shop. My seven year-old daughter, and myself were getting manicures and pedicures. The woman working on my child's manicure became frustrated and pushed my daughter's shoulder back twice, aggressively, while she scolded my daughter because she accidentally touched one of her nails under the blue light that was being balanced on the arm rest of the chair where she was getting her pedicure done. As you can imagine, I became very upset and gave the woman a piece of my mind. She then reverted to being very kind and pretending not to speak English well... I believe this woman became frustrated when I mentioned that my daughter wanted Hello Kitty nail art... I think the lady knew she lacked the skill to create this art, and became frustrated. This is when I noticed a shift in her energy. I will never again step foot in this place again! Let me also mention that this place overpriced me by charging me $45 for my seven-year-old daughter's pedicure and unsatisfactory manicure.

This place is so trashy and not with the money I paid it's been barely a week and my nails are already falling off definitely not worth the 125 I paid for never again this place definitely deserves no stars I wish I would have got my money back my coworkers talk about how good this place it's I don't see how they are all lumpy and not all the way panted

The worst service I used a translator app and sure enough they were talking shit because I didn't want gel after they tried to pressure me to get it my nails FELL apart a week later I have always gotten gems and all of a sudden this time ALL gems fell off within a week THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE! Every single nail lifted within a week and for spending 100+ is crazy the service is horrible the nails are the worst quality so much extra clumps of powder was left under my nails never even smoothed them out they try to upcharge anyway possible charged me 3 extra dollars just to remove the nail polish when I was already getting a 45 dollar pedicure. Nothing good about this place
