I wouldn't work there ever again to many safety issues drove me nuts always monitoring the cameras always wanting you to ware seatbelt even when you are backing into a dock the trucks are governored at 55 mph when you pick up back hauls you never get paper work for load so you don't know what you are hauling I would pass on company but if you to work and make some money I understand but I would keep looking for another job in the meantime

I was running through a very hard time of life. White arrow changed my life. One of the best honest and helpful companies. They respect employees and treat you like family. Very proud to be a part of white arrow. I have been seeing too many negative comments posted. I personally saw them grow from 200 trailers to 400 reefer trailers within the last year alone, They must be doing something good. When you grow obviously all the drivers are not at the standard some driver show poor performance. But they can be harsh sometimes only for the fact they take safety very seriously! I don’t se my self working anywhere else…… ?

The staff is extremely unprofessional. The “assistant terminal manager” Scott Alberg is very rude and will bully others until he is satisfied. He has personally called me stupid for a choice I made with my business. He has bullied other drivers employed by me to the point that they refuse to deliver loads for White Arrow. They definitely need a class or two on professionalism. I’ve been on site while Scott Alberg was screaming at a White Arrow driver because he asked if he was done loading yet. My drivers and I refuse to do any work for this unprofessional company.
