If I could give 0 stars I would! This company constantly sends wrong supplies, they don’t return phone calls in a timely matter and my daughter went WEEKS without medical supplies because this company is in competent. They don’t ship on time and are constantly back ordered with supplies. DO NOT USE THEM.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst medical supply company take your business elsewhere. I have a disabled child who is incontinent. I have been calling them for almost a yr because he has outgrown the largest diaper size and needs pullups. You always get voicemails and no one ever calls you back. I FINALLY got a call back today after threatening to have my lawyer call if they didnt call me and they finally switched his diapers that dont fit to pull ups but because THEY dont return calls and because THEY delivered the wrong ones to me again today, he has to wait another month to get them. Horrible customer service. Do not care about the people they are providing important services for.

Don't have any answers for you when they call you. When you call them you can never get thru, so when you drive down there in person MAJOR ATTITUDE! Take your business elsewhere and tell your insurance to find a different provider.

This is the most terrible service. They make so many mistakes on orders and it takes months to get your order and it's always wrong. Their oxygen machine are very noisy that you cannot sleep with it on. They never answer the phones and when they do they are very rude and unprofessional and have no knowledge of their products. Please if you can go somewhere else run them. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

Definitely it is a challenge to get a hold of them one month calling to get my 6 mo supplies for c pap and nobody answers or calls back, if they do they are very rude.

I started C Pap service with Western Drug in January 2022 after being with Apria for the prior 5 yrs. and have found them to be a huge improvment over Apria . Adena in the customer service dept. is a very proffessional , competent and responsible person and always gets me my supplies on time . i am very pleased with Western Drug and Medical Supply Stockton Ca. Branch .

Would definitely give zero stars if I could. This is now the second order that my doctor sent in over three weeks ago. There was never a call with a message of the status my nurse from my doctor‘s office called and checked that they received the fax. My home health nurse called couldn’t get through line was busy. I called stayed on hold for an extended period of time then the call is dropped. Called again one person answered the phone stated they were transferring me to customer service but instead it just went to voicemail. Medical supplies are a very important item. It is scandalous for a company to operate this way.

I ordered a Phillips CPAP Machine through western drug took forever for them to deliver it then within a week the device was recalled and they will not replace the device and are still billing my insurance absolute terrible customer service

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have spent so many hours this month trying to reorder my newborn’s feeding tube supplies. after speaking to so many rude people i finally got someone nice but she never sent my supplies. a week later i called again and someone finally sent them. they were the wrong things. I called again and they said they couldn’t help me and gave a different phone number. when i called that number she gave me a different phone number again. so i finally get a hold of someone at this new number only to be put on hold for 30 minutes. some guy picks up and finally i get to talk to someone that seems like they know what they are doing. he says it’s a system issue and they will get the supplies out to me. they don’t come. i call back and get told he will call me back. never does. i call again and he lied and said he had been trying to call me. he finally sent the supplies and i had him confirm 3 times what was being sent. I GET 1 THING AND NOT THE OTHER. so i call again and he says he doesn’t see the item prescribed to her. puts me on hold another 30 minutes. comes back and says he found it and is sending it. only 5/30 were sent and they are incompatible with her feeding tube and not what we had received before. now no one will answer the phone and apparently their system has been down since friday. HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE ALLOWED TO BE SO INCOMPETENT. PEOPLE NEED THESE SUPPLIESsorry i’m very frustrated. i’ve had to fork over hundreds of dollars to amazon because these people can’t do their job.
