The team was great but the manager was unprofessional by being extremely loud when explaining to the team member about the issue I was in for. Both the banker and then the second support team member assisting me tried to assist me as much as possible and seen my frustration on the situation but again the manager towards the end said a loud rude comment not knowing the situation I am in and I left even more upset then when I went in. Please hire people that are professional and understanding when people are upset.

**this is in no way directed towards the employees! The employees know exactly what I’m talking about! **.Congratulations WFB ? you got exactly what you wanted! Your new business model of force-feeding online banking is working great! The way you all cut bankers and tellers just to make a buck is textbook, big business! I sure hope the shareholders are happy. while, your employees in the trenches constantly take grenades! Because of Wells Fargo’s new business model, they pulled essential employees out of the branches so now, when you go to get a cashiers check, you can wait up to 30 minutes in line! And if you need a banker, forget about it! Wells Fargo is no longer about the customer. They’re just about making money off everyone’s backs, including their poor employees! Wells Fargo is crashing and burning and boarded. They deserve it!

Located on corner of main entrance to Park West Place Shopping Center @ Trinity Parkway & Scott Creek Dr. Right across from Starbucks. Parking can be a little tight. Every time I go inside there isn’t much of a wait & staff are polite, friendly. Transactions done in no time.

Horrible experience! First off I walked in no acknowledgment from the banker's. Mind you I have an appointment. The banker and the co worker were gossiping and didn't mind me almost felt as if they were irritated with me showing up. Thanks to the actual teller notice that they two were not providing me with customer attention that the teller said " hi how can I help you "

Rude people. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was told I couldn't cash a check. Walked over to Bank of America opened an account and they cashed it no problem. This wells is horrible. I closed my account with Wells because of them.

Customer service is terrible! There are about 15 customers in line, 6 bank employees, but only 1 window open.

What a horrible and rude manager you have, she kicked out my husband for not wearing the mask the way she wanted, while she was coughing, she denied us the deposit of $25000 dls and threat with cancel our business account, I don't think she has the right to do that, for that reason, she said she will talk to the boss of the boss, and cancel our account, but is not gonna be necessary if Wells Fargo doesn't want to do business with us,another bank would do it, but I can't believe she wants to close our account for that, what kind of bank you guys are, I get the issue of the mask, but closed my business account for that, Wow!!! Best banking ever.

Closed all the time due to the lockdowns but other WF locations are open and doing fine. ATM down the majority of the time. No notifications online letting people know they are closed. Asked many times at the bank if they would be closing again or why they are closing and they do not answer just give me a rude look and walk away from me. Worst bank in Stockton by far!!!

Worst customer service ever. Have a dozen people sitting out in the hot sun and there closing teller windows. Ever time I go to a Wells Fargo they have no one working. STOP being so cheap and hire some more help. Wells Fargo blows!!!!
