Horrible teller! I drove all the way from another branch because their system was broken and drove to get to this spot and there were 7 people still in line. Understandable that they are already closed the time was 5:01 pm On the dot. I went behind the last person running and out of breath - but the teller yelled and said," Maam we are closed come back tomorrow! You cannot do that!" I get it that they need to go home too. But maybe hear me out first before yelling out like that. I spoke nicely to her and explained why I urgently needed to see a teller to buy a cashier's check to pay my rent. She shake her head and did not even bother to look me in the eye while speaking. I sadly stepped away from the line and I felt horrible and humiliated. I was shaking and nervous and started crying because I desperately needed to pay my rent that day. I began calling my landlord and asked for extension to avoid late fees. Anyways, I am thankful for the couple who stepped in. The husband started speaking with the manager and offering his spot for me. He is willing to gave up his spot so I can buy a cashier check to pay my rent. He is and his wife were very kind hearted to think of me. They do not know me and I do not know them but they are kind. I am glad I was able to get a cashier's check, although the teller was visibly annoyed at me.

Missing money after depositing cash in business account. Teller counted by hand and put in wrong amount into the account the first time. When all was redone i was missing cash

This location doesn't like accepting business deposits & will lie to you to avoid having to do so. If they do take a deposit, they aren't happy about it. Apparantly, some people want to get paid for not doing their job. I am not comfortable writing a negative comment, i prefer to compliment quality service. I feel bad writing this, but I couldn't ignore having stood in line for 15-20 minutes, only to be told some comical reason why they wouldn't allow me to deposit. I'm sorry, but what kind of bank rejects deposits from companies who have a National account with them & uses them in every state for countless daily deposits to secure their revenue? Appalling.

Definitely a worst experience. I wish I can give this place negative five stars. Went there for a service on 08/23/2023 at 12:30 and a lady in Red dress came out after a long wait and she simply refused to provide the service that we wanted because she said she was too busy with appointments and cannot help us. We did not get help and we left very upset and she didn’t care about customer. Not happy at all. Wells Fargo should either close this branch or they must train employees better. They can do better if trained better. Otherwise bank is doomed. I am leaving bank anyways.

Visited this branch today, and asked teller a simple question. He was extremely rude and didn’t answer and escalated the situation to branch manager who was even more rude and ill mannered than a teller working under her. Not going back to this branch again. Wells Fargo is being destroyed by rude and ill mannered employees like these. Closing my account with Wells Fargo.

Slow service, cashiers rather gossip and have a line of 5 people on a busy day. Do not come here if you're in a hurry or if you don't mind standing in line for more than 20 minutes. Needs better customer service!

Dora didn’t make any attempt to help me add my son to my account. I still had 25 min of my appointment left. She was just sitting on her phone. Told me it will take an hour to add him. What a waste of time. I have a premium account and I am a customer for 24 years. I think I will canceling all my account with wellsfargo and take my business somewhere else.

VANESSA is rude never will bank with them again because of her poor customer service and I was actually calling to make an appt to come in and open my bank acct back up but I’ll just go to another bank to open an acct Also tried calling back like five times to get the managers name after Vanessa practically hung up on me but they wouldn’t answer smh

Had a appt to set up a business account, called in and spoke to Dora and let her know I was just running 10 mins behind. I let her know this is urgent, and didn’t matter. Been a custome since 2014 and one time that I get there alittle late, now I need to make an appt for next week. I’m taking my business else where.

Worst branch. Long waiting time and bad service. I wait almost 30 minutes just for exchange 20 dollar bills into large bills. But teller didn’t exchange because I don’t have account with them. So bank can’t take currency until people don’t have account with them. SMH
