wandering Walmart, came across Crystal the Manager at The Vision Center, asked a couple questions about my insurance and they accept it! She was EXCELLENT in explaining and telling me come in when im ready...FF i came in & Crystal wasnt there but Mary was..she insisted with the completion and THEY WERE BOTH PERFECT! Will continue with them at the vision Center!

Fast and efficient. Friendly and great service. Had my sons glasses repaired twice, in minutes, and for free! No appt needed. Open late. I love this place.

I wanna thank this gentleman name Martin really nice, great customer service? very happy with my new glasses, had a hard time finding what I wanted since my prescription for my new glasses is very high not a lot of options, so I thank god for this nice helpful gentleman name Martin for his help that day 1/31/2023. The staff here is super friendly and nice. I’m new to needing glasses and they were able to explain everything to me and get me the proper prescription. The young ladies name was Crystal who helped me and she was nice.

There are a couple of things I'd like to mention about the eyeglass store at Walmart. First, there's the woman who helped me: Mary S. She was courteous, professional, and had a great personality; just a real pleasant person to be around. And second, management gave her the okay to take an over-the-phone payment from my mother. This was a big deal me. So I do recommend a visit, especially if Mary's the one helping you.

Whent into Walmart today thought I'll go get my glasses tinted I've been to plenty of store and they had no problem doing it before but of course today I had to get a lady that had no clue about anything she started telling me they don't do that there and I told her I just got a pair done a little while ago and she was like no I was like yes like I don't know what I'm talking about and she began to tell me that was a prescription I got before I was like no it wasn't I mean I should know rite I'm am the person that wears them. I don't know her name but it was a little Asian lady I will not be going back there for any of my future shades and glasses needs complete waiste of my time I would give zero stars if I could

First of all, I wish I could give this a negative rating. My glasses were supposed to be here several days ago, and now they will not be ready for another week. I'm actually so pissed off about this because I cannot see well and am struggling in my classes. Walmart needs to do something to quickly make my glasses and overnight them as well as maybe a refund! This is ridiculous!
