Pharmacy customer service at the West Lane/Hammer Walgreens is wonderful---professional and efficient. I'd been going to larger medical clinics for vaccines but had my last two vaccines here, and the experience was great. Same-day appointments, efficient check-in, pain-free shots, and kind, efficient staff. I'm never going anywhere else for vaccines, and I'm having my prescriptions switched here, too.

that white man on the register makes me and other customers uncomfortable . the security guard also makes me and my sisters feel a little uneasy as he just looks at us up and down everytime we walk in.

I went to the pharmacy and was informed they don't take Kaiser insurance, some do, some don't. This one doesn't. So I asked if they can send the prescription over to the Lower Sac. They told me to call tomorrow because the system was down. They also told me to call this Walgreens and that I wouldn't need to call Lower Sac. So I called today and another worker told me I need to call Lower Sac. Please stop wasting customers time and get your information correct.

I have tried for five hours to just get a simple antibiotic. First, one site in Stockton closed temporarily. The second site closed all but the drive through, but it takes 10 to 15 minutes per car. Seven ahead of me And it's the second time line because they failed to fill it when ordered. My insurance has better prices because of a Contract with Walgeens. But I will have to go elsewhere next time.

I went to the dentist And had a tooth removed. I went to Walgreens to fill my prescription for pain medication. They told me my dentist didn't have the right Licensing to fill the medication. I argued with them over and over again. I had to have my dentist call. Then the manager called me and told me some BS story story about how it was my insurance that denied it. They ended up filling it but way to go Walgreens.. Next time take a minute to double check what you're trying to find out. And then to call me and say it was my insurance lol what a joke. That manager should be demoted.

This Walgreens has GREAT customer service! Every time I come in, I am greeted and asked if I need help. Today was especially wonderful because the Pharmacy Tech by the name of Shaina was at the front register and was so kind, helpful and personable. She really made my day as she made me feel like I was the only person in the store and gave me attentiveness I am not used to! I went in to quickly grab some Polaroid film and she assisted me in finding it. Although the price was a little bit more than I usually pay at Walmart or Amazon... I decided to get it because of her positive attitude and friendly/helpful demeanor. Exemplary customer service! I will continue to go to this Walgreens as I always have a positive experience. That is priceless. Thank you so much to Shaina and her hard work. Kindness and making someone feel acknowledged goes a very long way!

Had an appointment for my COVID Booster. The pharmacy workers were extremely busy but very attentive and considerate. I believe Courtney helped me at the window and prepared the needed paper work for me to sign. She explained the process and directed me to a waiting area. One other person went before me, and she was done in no time. Nancy (RN) called me to the back room and was so personable and kind. I told her I get nervous for shots and she was very reassuring. Her injection was FLAWLESS. It's 4 hours later and I don't feel any injection site pain, which is more than I can say for my first two shots! (At another Walgreens) She assured me I'd be just fine and we chatted about about how amazing the MRNA technology is. I thanked her for being so awesome! Front cashier who rang up a few of my items on the way out was great as well. Cheers to everyone working around 11:30 am on 12/16! Give them a raise! Get vaccinated everyone! Hope Nancy gives you your shot. Perfect 10. Cheers.

1. Arrived at the drive thru pharmacy and the pharmacist said the prescription had the wrong amount and to please go back around in a line I already waited 20 minutes in. Why didn't they find and fix this issue when initially filling the prescription. 2. Went back around and there is no signage to indicate there are two lanes, so I got stuck another 30 minutes while cars that had got there well after me were helped. 3. Took my daughter for a scheduled COVID test and the instructions in the email are completely incorrect and there is no signage outside to indicate what to do. Wasted 20 minutes trying to figure out what to do. All of this could have been prevented by having correct signage outside and to have a good QA/QC process in place. And you should never make a customer go to the back of a long line they already waited in once.

I get all my vaccines here and everyone is very helpful, i never have any problems, it's a little out of my way but customer service means alot to me. Thank you!

This is your typical drugstore. The aisles are clean and the shelves are stocked for the most part. There was no line at the cashier which is always a plus in my opinion! Also the cashier asked for my rewards number, I appreciate that so much as I would not have remembered to use it as I don't shop at Walgreens often. The reward add up to a cash value so using the loyalty rewards program will add up to free cash you can use on a purchase but you can't get the cash ( just need to say this in case anyone is confused about how loyalty rewards programs work). All in all they were above average as other stores shelves are not as stocked nor are their employees as helpful. Great place to go for vitamins, which is why I went.

The bathroom had cockroaches and ZERO toilet paper, the bathroom had not been cleaned in a very long time, and it resembles a 3rd world health hazard.

These people never answer the phone! They will put you on hold forever and not even answer! So frustrating and rude! I won't be returning because it's absolutely ridiculous.

Went to fill a RX for pain medication for a root canal. They tell me they cant fill it because my dentist is out of town.(Vallejo) I asked what is considered out of town.. any doctor not in Stockton. I'm thinking not everyone that lives in Stockton goes to a doctor is Stockton. Now I sit in pain overnight until I can go to another pharmacy that will except my prescription. Will be moving my regular medication to another pharmacy. Mostly because she didnt seem to care that I was in pain. Or the fact that they have filled this before last year..
