I get all my drugs at the March st. Pharmacy. The staff are friendly and it's always well stocked and clean. The pharmacy gives quicker service than most other pharmacies.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been on hold over the phone for more than an hour! The drive thru window is some how out of service all of a sudden and there isn’t even a line in the store. They just tell me that they’ll be with me shortly. SMH this is ridiculous!

If you need a prescription filled don't go here. They're extremely disorganized in the back, so much so that they have a hard time keeping track of inventory. I waited for my prescription for nothing, turned out they didn't even have it in stock. So I have to head back for a 3rd time. It also doesn't help that the pharmacist takes a break within the last hour of closing.

This review is SPECIFICALLY about the pharmacy, not the rest of the store. The pharmacy sucks. You can't get through on the phone; I've held well over a half-hour to speak to someone (where they keep picking up and immediately placing me back on hold) before being hung up on. They make mistakes (one rx was "one pill a day for ten days, yet they constantly filled it with just three pills, because the prescription was written for a 90 day supply, so divide that by three and you get... 3.33 pills a month.)Their drive thru is closed currently (April of 2023) and has been for months, because they are understaffed. They're pulling a pharmacist and staff from other locations (some of the staff are working AFTER completing their shift at another store that same day, I've been told by employees). Those poor employees! The understaffing leads to delays and mistakes. Plus a long, slow-moving line in the store to try and pick up prescriptions. This makes it difficult for people who are disabled and cannot stand for 30+ minutes to get their medications. It would take numerous attempts of going to the store, standing in line and playing Russian roulette with back and knee pain, hoping you can get your prescriptions and leave before your joints give out and you stumble and fall. I am SO glad I switched to the Rite Aid on Pacific in Lincoln Center last August, and just got my partner to move his prescriptions as well. It's a bit farther away from where I live, but at Rite Aid, I can get 90 day refills, pay through their app, AND they offer delivery from the store, so I don't even have to leave my home if I am unable to for any reason. I can get through to the pharmacy on the phone, most times without holding for more than a minute or two.

The phone call was answered and I was able to get information over the phone on more instructions on my medication for Covid.

On hold for the pharmacy for twenty minutes, and then I was hung up on. Tried calling back, and back on hold for thirty minutes. This place is severely understaffed, management really needs to hire more people in their pharmacy department.

I am confused about how a pharmacist and a tech cannot read a prescription. If the prescription reads 30 days and the month you are in has 31 days you might need to pick up your prescription one day before so maybe you don’t run out. I was told I picked up on the 5th so therefor I could not get it till the 5th of next month. That is 32 days and I definitely ran out of a 30 days supply. Whatever happened to do no harm!

I wish that could give them zero stars. For a pharmacy to close 3 hours early with no notification is ridiculous. came to pick up my curbside order because I'm on crutches!!!! and was told by a jolly ass Sarah to just simply return tomorrow because there was an "incident". I can't wait until Walgreens roll out the robots. I only came here because the items was I stock. To AMAZON I GO LIKE I INTENDED.

This Walgreens needs to get their act together Not answering their phones especially the pharmacy There are people that really need their medications and this pharmacy shouldn't be in business I always call and I can never get through To anyone So if I need to speak to pharmacist I can't If their isn't enough employees send the patients prescriptions to a different pharmacy I would not recommend Walgreens to anyone

They first off extremely rude in this location. Second if you are sick after 6pm don't bother trying to get cold medicine here. You have to buy all the cold medicine through the pharmacy and it closes at 6pm. If you ask someone about it they cop an attitude about it, as if they are above answering questions. Their attitude is so bad it makes a person lose their cool. Never, ever go there. Choose CVS they are a better company. (Who thought the no cold medicine after 6pm was asinine).

Had a prescription transfer and was phone 10am. Called at 2 and your employee stated to make sure it was faxed. Then 5 pm after not answering the phone I called 3 times I had to drive to the store only to be told the pharmacist is one person and we will get when it can.

PHARMACYThe pharmacy never picks up their calls. My husband stood in line and heard the phones ringing and no one ever picked it up. We've been waiting for our children's medication and they said the provider never sent it. We called our provider who had the address on file, called them, sent the prescription again and never got a response and they were on hold as well. I was on hold for over an hour each day and each time I called -- there was no point so I hung up. It takes too much time for us to drive back and forth so I'd rather call to see if prescription is ready. The automated service can't find my prescription with the phone number which is why I called. Nothing. Went in, nothing and no help. By the time we get the medication, my kids will have waited this long for what? You wait on hold and by the time you know it, it's their lunch. You call after their lunch and still on hold.

Why is this place still horrible especially the pharmacy after all the negative reviews, customer service may say they'll inform the leadership but nothing has changed, one thing I will do since my local union and company have a contract with Walgreens,I will put in my recommendation when our contract with the company expires next September with the international find a different pharmacy. the company needs to restructure its approach to customer service as it isunacceptable and inefficient as it is currently.

This is the worst pharmacy ever! After waiting a hour in line at the drive thru being told to come back in a hour after being told prescriptions were ready only 20 pills on what was supposed to be a 90 day supply! Also have come only to find out pharmacy is closed when it should be open cuz no staff!! HIRE PEOPLE!! Getting prescriptions shouldn't be this hard!!! No stars!!!
