I would leave 0 if I had an option. Took my daughter to the ER Wednesday around 4 am, my prescription should’ve have been ready by the time I called 12pm same day. They told me they would have to call the doctor to change prescription quantity and have it ready. After not hearing back Thursday I called again Friday 8 am and they hit me with another excuse(they didn’t have it in stock and would get here Monday). Are you serious? Why did the pharmacist give me the run around and on top of that they couldve called their patients to let them know this information??! If I didn’t call they would’ve had me wait till Monday when this medication is urgent! The pharmacist Dahaz (Dahez) is the one that had been misinforming me.

I like the location of this Walgreens. The park is good too. I went on 6/9/23 for passport photos (for myself and my parents). And yes, I know I could have taken my own photos and saved some money by doing it on my own but I rather have someone else do it. If something is wrong with the pictures, I can blame them. LOL. The whole process took about 20 minutes for 3 sets of passport photos. Overall, a smooth process.

Doctor put in order at 1pm wasn’t ready until 8pm wasn’t even notified that it was ready. Why 7 hours to fill one order that I need for my health? Was out of pills and needed my medication really bad told them that and was put on hold several times. Get there and it’s still not ready another 30 minutes. Was there until 8:30pm.

Pharmacy customer service at the West Lane/Hammer Walgreens is wonderful---professional and efficient. I'd been going to larger medical clinics for vaccines but had my last two vaccines here, and the experience was great. Same-day appointments, efficient check-in, pain-free shots, and kind, efficient staff. I'm never going anywhere else for vaccines, and I'm having my prescriptions switched here, too.

that white man on the register makes me and other customers uncomfortable . the security guard also makes me and my sisters feel a little uneasy as he just looks at us up and down everytime we walk in.

Took my husband for his annual flu shot scheduled appointment 11/25 at noon. We filled out online questionnaires before arriving to facility. He checked in. Told to be seated. Waited for an hour. Only to find out, his paper works were put aside. Took 5 mins for the nurse to administer flu shot.? Employees miscommunications?

I went to the pharmacy and was informed they don't take Kaiser insurance, some do, some don't. This one doesn't. So I asked if they can send the prescription over to the Lower Sac. They told me to call tomorrow because the system was down. They also told me to call this Walgreens and that I wouldn't need to call Lower Sac. So I called today and another worker told me I need to call Lower Sac. Please stop wasting customers time and get your information correct.

Absolutely Rudest Staff Anywhere! I switched here from Rite Aid because the staff was also terrible there. I have been using this Walgreens location for about 5 years but it’s time to change. This staff is so impolite it’s just so sad to see how very unhappy people are. I called 5 hours in advance to check on my RX for an eye infection, I was told that they had a lesser amount available than what was prescribed, but they could give me 1 tube and I could fill the difference if needed in a week. I agreed as I needed the prescription. It took me an hour to get there then the rudest lady at the drive though window took my info, the pharmacist gave me directions, told me it would cost $29 then the rude lady told me they are out and it won’t be in until Monday!!!! 3 days. I asked her why they couldn’t tell me this when I called??? That’s why I called in advance. She said “well I don’t know who you spoke to” as if I’m making this up!!!!??? Are you serious. She could have simply said “I’m sorry but we are out and I apologize that we did not tell you that earlier”….. it’s that simple. I know we are all living in a very difficult world right now, but we have got to try our best to be better. I really ask these people to try and have compassion. Treat people how you want to be treated and it will really make the day better for us all.

I have tried for five hours to just get a simple antibiotic. First, one site in Stockton closed temporarily. The second site closed all but the drive through, but it takes 10 to 15 minutes per car. Seven ahead of me And it's the second time line because they failed to fill it when ordered. My insurance has better prices because of a Contract with Walgeens. But I will have to go elsewhere next time.

I went to the dentist And had a tooth removed. I went to Walgreens to fill my prescription for pain medication. They told me my dentist didn't have the right Licensing to fill the medication. I argued with them over and over again. I had to have my dentist call. Then the manager called me and told me some BS story story about how it was my insurance that denied it. They ended up filling it but way to go Walgreens.. Next time take a minute to double check what you're trying to find out. And then to call me and say it was my insurance lol what a joke. That manager should be demoted.

This Walgreens has GREAT customer service! Every time I come in, I am greeted and asked if I need help. Today was especially wonderful because the Pharmacy Tech by the name of Shaina was at the front register and was so kind, helpful and personable. She really made my day as she made me feel like I was the only person in the store and gave me attentiveness I am not used to! I went in to quickly grab some Polaroid film and she assisted me in finding it. Although the price was a little bit more than I usually pay at Walmart or Amazon... I decided to get it because of her positive attitude and friendly/helpful demeanor. Exemplary customer service! I will continue to go to this Walgreens as I always have a positive experience. That is priceless. Thank you so much to Shaina and her hard work. Kindness and making someone feel acknowledged goes a very long way!
