The cashier carmen is rude. If your sick stay home, don't cone get the customers sick with you.plus don't be lecturing about how to use our own credit/debit cards. It's people like you the reason why we don't trust debit, your watching what we are keying in then you want to lecture us on using debit. A manager should not have even allowed her at work ill.

Went to this store this evening to buy some body wash. It’s locked up so I pushed the button for help. I hear a YES behind me. I apologized I didn’t see her or I wouldn’t have pushed the button. I asked for 3 of the old spice body wash. She grabbed one and closed the door. I said oh I need 3. She said yeah I know. I said oh sorry. She said you didn’t even give me a chance to grab them all. She grabbed the body wash and walked up to the front counter and obviously annoyed put them down. The cashier was lovely and very kind. I asked for the woman’s name who got the body wash I was told her name was Susie and you would never guess but she is the manager. I was shocked. I’ve never had such bad customer service and I coupon so I frequent Walgreens a lot. Very disappointed. I’ve never seen a person who hates their job so openly. The 3 stars was for the very sweet cashier. I wish I would have gotten her name.

Came here for passport photos on a weekday morning and two employees struggled with the process as if this were the first time they have ever been asked for the service. There was a struggle with the camera because it kept on providing fuzzy pictures, there was a struggle with the cord that attaches the camera to the photo viewer. The lady who was taking a picture of one of my relatives exhibited impatience because we arranged my relative's shirt. There was no one else waiting for passport photos and it took about an hour to get them. Employee said that the pink lighting with the W sign was casting a pinkish hue in the background of the passport photos, so they needed to get the photo editor to make the background white. This sounds like a known problem that the store has had for a long time. What's interesting is when I took pictures with my iPhone of people against the white background screen in this store, there was no pinkish hue. I've taken passport photos at other places like CVS and Costco and the wait time to get the photos paid and out the door is 10 minutes or less. Fortunately, passport photos are taken once every 10 years so next time, I'll advise people to go to somewhere else. There was a male employee, the third employee who got involved, who finally came by and he took charge of the situation. He knew exactly what to do and helped get the pictures done.I gave this Walgreens three stars because employees were mostly nice. The passport photos were $15.99 plus tax for two, so the expectations were that for that price, the service would have been better and faster. Walgreens should've given us a discount for the inordinately long wait.

I came to the pharmacy today to order and pick up my insulin. The clerk helping at the pharmacy seemed untrained and confused about his job. I was unable to order my prescriptions and now risking a day with out it due to his incompetence. I would not suggest coming here the staff is lazy and unhelpful.

worst pharmacy I've experienced. Went to pick up the prescriptions an hour later than scheduled and they still haven't pulled anything, the lady told me to drive back around the drive thru just to tell me later I have to wait another hour. Just a heads up..avoid this location

The pharmacy is the WORST! Thay are cluttered & have no idea whose stuff is what! They messed up my prescription several times! They seem to have trouble getting a system down on how things are supposed to be done! They are just not worth the headache.

This place is too close to the ghetto. Witnessed in the pharmacy line today an angry black female towards an Asian woman... Asian woman asked her kindly “are you in line?” And black female didn’t answer her, rolled her eyes and turn away with a f up attitude! Black female was so mad she was shaking her leg, glaring at Asian woman. For no reason. She looked she wanted to hurt the lady. The Asian woman just left because she looked afraid of this black female….and didn’t get to get her prescription. I just don’t understand some people. Is your IQ that low? It’s Neanderthal cave man like to be that angry and aggressive. Get over yourself. 80% of shoppers here are ghetto. Wouldn’t be surprised if people get robbed outside the store while getting into their cars.

i can't even give this store a "not good" rating. It was absolutely HORRIBLE! I waited in line at the pharmacy for 10 minutes to ask for help in finding something. They sent me to the wrong isle, but I still looked at the whole isle to find the item I needed. No one from the pharmacy came out to help. I went back to the pharmacy to find help again and finally the pharmacist (instead of the three other employees working in the back) came out to help, but he didn't know where it was either. While he was gone Loki g for someone who could help, I found the item, which was under lock and key. So then I had to wait until the person with the key came. Then I had to wait for five minutes in line to pay for it. A horribly disorganized system and store.

I don't review things often but I had a really negative interaction with a pharmacy tech tonight. My objective in sharing this experience is to hopefully encourage the staff here to practice both compassion and stress management versus taking things out on the staff. I work in both client and patient services in the veterinary field and while I understand human med/pharm and animal med/pharm are different, clients and interactions are quite the same. You're helping people who are coming to you because something is wrong. Sometimes they are stressed, sometimes they are frustrated, sometimes they are tired and they take it out on you. Especially with the pandemic, I understand how battered these technicians can become. They take daily abuse. I get it. Like legitimately I do, because that's what happens to me in my position as well. I say this to highlight that I go out of my way to vmbe patient, kind, and polite to all client-facing staff, even when it is not reciprocated back. Tonight I came to pick up meds for my husband and my daughter. Both have been really sick for weeks with bronchitis. I'm sick too, but I'm Mom, so I take care of everyone. The pharmacy us normally open later but they were closing at 5pm today. I made it with just a minute to spare and the pharmacy tech at the register told me to hurry up and slide into the gate if I needed help. I thanked her and did. When she helped me, I asked for the meds for both my husband and my daughter. Only my husband's was ready. The tech hastily said I could go to the 24 hr pharmacy for my daughter. All I asked was if there was any way they could have it now, since it's just an ointment. It just needs a label, no counting. I said please, I was polite, I didn't raise my voice, I tried offering a smile. The pharmacy tech stopped what she was doing, held her hand out at me, snapped "Ma'am" at me and raised her voice at me. I am autistic and social interaction is difficult for me in "normal" situations and even more difficult in stressful situations or conflict. I tried apologizing and said I wasn't trying to cause her a problem, I was only asking, but she just kept raising her voice over me and drowning me out. I immediately shut down and started welling up with tears. The gentleman next to me was kind enough to ask if I was okay and said the woman was being mean to everyone. I will say that this particular Technician has, in the past, been rude before as well--to myself and I've seen her be rude to other customers. She does not usually have a lot of patience. While I sat there and tried not to have a full-blown panic attack, she asked me to tell her my phone number from across the room. I tried to tell her but my voice kept breaking and making me raise my voice and yell to her only further caused me anxiety. I couldn't look at anyone. I had to call my husband when I was done so I didn't have a full blown panic attack. I'm telling this experience because as an autistic person and just as a human in general, I am imploring this person and other people in this pharmacy to remember that you chose to work with the public. You chose to work in medicine. You will deal with people who do not understand your processes, who are sick, who are stressed, who have special needs. You have no idea what's going on in their lives or what they're going through. So I implore you to do what I ask my toddler to do when they're having a moment--stop, breathe, and respond vs. react. I'm sorry you were having a bad day and I'm sorry if people before me were rude to you. I didn't deserve to be treated that way either.

Went into the store 11/26 at 6:40pm. One of the associates made a mistake when I asked about prices (which was fine). But the cashier was rude about it towards me. I think she was the manager. The other associate apologized for the mistake but also lied about making the mistake when she was talking to the manager. To the manager: if you hate your job, get a new one. Learn how to customer service!

Their pharmacy has gotten ridiculous! I received the text message my Rx was ready to pick up, I waited in line in the drive thru for over 30 minutes, only to be told the pharmacist was on a 15 minute break, could I come back later. Grrr. So after running another errand, I went back inside. There were over 10 people in line inside. Took me over another 30 minutes to get my Rx. I won’t be going back and I’ve been coming here for over 10 years.
