The chick who helped us was impatient and didnt really seem to want to. I kept saying I wanted the Samsung Galaxy FE and she insisted that the galaxy s23 was better. This phone keeps overheating. Never had issues like that with my FE though. Imagine that ?

If you ever go corporate store of Verizon in Stockton go to store manager Yaseen he is best. He takes care of you. 5 stars are not enough to rate him. He deserves 7 stars. He really listens to you and helps you beyond your expectations

Great customer service and I was served quickly. I prefer this store over other verizon kiosks and stores. I stopped in for a sim card and I spoke to Joel. Thankfully he has the experience and knowledge to address all my concerns. I'm glad I stopped in today to hopefully resolve my data and call in issues. Only time and location will tell.

On April 3, 2022, I walked into the Verizon store with my dad, ready to escape the clutches of Xfinity and their torturous customer support. I mean, seriously, trying to get help from them was like trying to find a unicorn riding a rainbow! But hey, we were determined to switch back to Verizon, and that's when we met Eric, the superhero of the Verizon store. Now, usually, I've come to accept that business accounts get all the love and attention, while us regular folks are left to fend for ourselves in the retail wilderness. But Eric was about to flip that script, my friend. We needed to port our numbers from Xfinity, which involved summoning the mighty transfer code from their dungeons. Cue the epic battle theme music because we had to endure a mind-numbing hour on hold with Xfinity. Talk about an endurance test! But fear not, for Eric fearlessly took charge once we finally emerged victorious from the phone battle. This guy had the patience of a saint, I tell you. He grabbed our info, rolled up his sleeves, and dove headfirst into the treacherous world of Verizon and Xfinity diplomacy. He was like a ninja warrior, skillfully navigating through their systems, fighting for our cause. And here's where it gets really wild. Eric didn't just pass the baton back to us and say, "Good luck, suckers!" No, sir! He dedicated a whopping four hours of his time to tackle our issue head-on. Can you believe it? He worked tirelessly, juggling between Verizon and Xfinity, like a circus performer on a unicycle. I half-expected him to bring out some popcorn and start entertaining us with a magic show while we waited. But wait, there's more! As closing time approached, Eric informed us, with the eloquence of a Shakespearean actor, that our phones wouldn't work for the next 48 hours due to Xfinity's mystical port changeover ritual. Now, most people would bid us farewell and vanish into the night, but not Eric. Oh no! He followed up after hours, and even the next day, like a guardian angel watching over our phone migration. When I informed him that the changeover hadn't happened yet, he sprang into action, donning his cape of customer service righteousness. He hopped on the phone with Activation, determined to push through the issue. Talk about dedication! This guy could give IT superheroes a run for their money. In all my years of dealing with retail woes and IT conundrums, I have never encountered someone as awe-inspiring as Eric. He turned a frustrating situation into a comedy of epic proportions. He deserves a standing ovation, a medal, and perhaps a role in an action movie. Eric, my friend, you are a legend among Verizon warriors, a true champion of customer service. Thank you for turning our Xfinity nightmare into a Verizon fairytale.

was waiting to give feedback with a sale email i was expecting but i never got the email. Eric helped check me in 2-3 hours before closing and heard my story about dropping my phone in a lake & was without a phone for a week waiting on an online order to get cancelled. he spoke and went though 4 different calls with other verizon reps trying to cancel a pending order on my account so that i could walk out the store with a new phone. none of them were much help but he continued calling until he was finally about to get someone to cancel the order. Almost cried because i was so happy he was able to help me. Thank you so much Eric !

Please, I know for a fact that Verizon is a huge disappointment and the service is unsatisfactory. Stay away from Verizon.

Associate in the 49er Willis jersey and no name tag just tried to shew my husband out the door and hand him a repair flyer with no explanation or options and went back to just playing on her phone. Thankfully he went back and was helped by Eric this time and left with a new phone upgrade. All it takes is 1 bad employee to lose business.
