I went to visit my family in Stockton, Ca and on my way home, I went to pump gas at this West Lane Valero. I paid $25 to cashier Julio C. for gas which it took only $21.90 to fill it up so I told my brother to go get the change inside the store. Julio told my brother that they will credit back to my debit card which it was not true. By the time I get home and look at the receipt, Julio was supposed to give my change back because I debited as cash. The people who works there are not honest or trustworthy. I will never go there again. They like to cheat off their customers...
