The clerk that helped me was very pleasant. She answered my question and explained processes for the required tasks I needed to complete. The line wasn't too bad. But it is very small office. The office/store looked clean and organized. Pens were visible and available to use. From an observation I made, a customer needed tape but clerk advised the tape needed to be purchased and they werent able to supply it.

Worst post office to deal with. Manager Brenda is there just to cover the employees mistake. One for the person working on the counter accepted my parcel and I asked her if there is any issue I can change the address since my family member work for an organization where your posting can be in different countries. She said system is accepting and even giving her opinions to choose first class or faster. I chose first class mail and paid $22.75, Now after 5 days here is my shipment box return with USPS letter about the address and can't be delivered. Talked to the person who accepted then she called the manager who said that I have to pay again for shipped to a different address. This letter and the USPS system is the same but this is how some post offices work in real world. If that letter was from customs or form out of country post then it was a different story and understandable that it's not USPS but nope someone knows better than who's working here infront of the USPS system.

They steal packages here. I talk with the manager because they give my package to someone else's and I told him to check in the cameras who give my package with no ID and he told me that he dont have abscess to the cameras, they dont help customers at all, my package was apair of shoes that costs me $350 dollars, they dont help customers, they steal packages they don't care, I hope somebody do something about it...

They were simply supposed to deliver my package to my front door. It didn't get delivered rescheduled my delivery still didn't get delivered. Next I called them they said they would send it out the next day still no delivery. I don't understand how they can't do their job. UPS FEDEX and Amazon have no problem delivering to my house on time. I guess if it doesn't involve a mailbox they don't do it.

They STEAL mail here. 3rd TIME something has been stolen of significance only such as credit card and gift card. All other mail will end up showing up to our box except for those valued items. It's definitely an inside job. Nobody cares to do anything about it. Asian male manager has zero customer service or care in the world he obviously hates his job. Everyone else there says they can't do anything about anything.

These people don’t want to work. I was waiting for almost an hour for them to open at 8:30 and it was 9:10 when they finally acknowledged us. One of the ladies working there was extremely rude when asked to assist us, she came out and told us that none of the workers in the back wanted to open up so she called in sick to avoid opening the post office on her own. A couple of minutes later another worker peeked from behind the caller service and claimed that the machines were down, yeah right. He mustered up a fake apology and then shut the door on us again. Despicable behavior all of them need to be fired.

Not sure why this place is even still open. The people at the counter is so lazy, I called it 20+ times just to never get an answer and when I go in I called just to see if their phone is working or not and I literally see the two younger employees just ignore the phone ringing. No urgency and no respect for customers. They really need to shut this place or at least get rid of the younger staff because they don't care about people.

got a notification to go pick up a package at the post office, once i got there i was told it wasnt there and it was being delivered the same day. the mail driver didnt even attempt to deliver it, just left a "sorry we missed you" notice IN THE MAILBOX which isnt even near the house meaning they didnt even try to deliver it. i now have to go back to the post office to go pick it up. this post office has a no fs given attitude

Horrible customer service. There's only one person here and she's drowning with all these costumers I feel bad for her. She really needed some help.
