My packages were stolen and i was never reimbursed, even though they were insured. The carrier lied and took a picutre of an empty envelope with nothing written on it. The shipper refused my refund. Two years and i have never got my 97.00 back. I hate this location.

Clerk refused to do a transaction using two to three debit cards for a money order when I've always used that many for paying my rent. Wasted my time waiting in line on one of my days off from work.

Horrible, failed to deliver my package. Requested to have the package to be redelivered again but it says the same thing as "Processing at DestinationRedelivery Scheduled"I've requested redelivery on feb 2nd, its now the 5th and when i tried to pick up my package, they wouldn't give it to be while having it in their hands. Jesus christ...

Tammy was extremely rude. I waited a long time in line and when I finally got to the front I asked her if I could mail my packet and which envelope was the cheapest. She said, “go check the envelopes for yourself and get at the back of the line when you’re done.” The line was extremely long so I just grabbed a random envelope and asked to buy it really quick. This all took place very quickly. She said no you’re holding up the line. Get to the end of the line. I said, I can’t just buy this envelope? She said no. She was so rude. I then spoke to Grace who was very kind. She told me which envelope was the cheapest and allowed me to buy it and mail it. I am so grateful for Grace but very surprised at Tammy how she did not want to help me at all.

I recently moved to the neighborhood and this USPS location is the closest to me. I was helped by an employee which I am not going to disclose her name, but I did when I completed the survey. When she called that she can help assist the next person. Her tone of voice was not professional, she sounded irritated, looked annoyed when you look at her eyes, and even though she had a mask on, I can clearly feel the vibe that she hated her job or something and didn't want to work. There was one package that I didn't write TO and FROM because both boxes I had is going to the same address. Instead of asking me nicely to move to the side, she didn't touch the package and told me to just move to the side to write the address down. She assisted with the next customer and as I waited to be helped by her again, she said something under her mask and pointed to the window I was standing in front of. I asked, "Did you want me to put it on this scale?" She, annoyingly said, "Never mind." and sigh or made an "urgh" sound. When She helped me again, because I was already feeling very uncomfortable with her unprofessional tone of voice speaking to me, I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I did not read what the screen had on the machine thoroughly. On the screen it was referring if I am shipping anything that has liquid, batteries etc. I clicked "YES" without realizing and said, "Oh, I'm sorry, I meant to." She cut my sentence and asked, "Do you even know what you are reading? What are you shipping?" Instead of reassuring, she mocked me for making a mistake because of her uncomfortable vibe, I was stress. After she completed and printed my labels, she asked if I needed anything else such as stamps etc. the usual protocol. I said, "No thank you." and walked away after getting my receipt. I was not sure if she thanked me but I walked out thinking she is probably having a bad day. Yet, this doesn't justify her attitude and unprofessionalism service.

I had made a appointment to get my daughters passport renewed and they asked me for her birth certificate and last time I went the did not ask me for one also, the lady close the window and it was not 11:30

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , everyone there should be fired ! They take forever and they don’t care ! The black lady with the ponytail who works there everyday is rude and doesn't care about customers . CALLER SERVICE closes the door for a long time and does not help anyone ! If I could give them negative stars I would . DO BETTER !

The business that this review is about is the post office and the delivery mail person. I'm writing this review to let people know that the mail man just showed up to my address @10780 NHWY99 Spc#36 stockton California 95212,TAHAMA VILLAGE MOBILE HOME PARK ON 8MILE RD AND 99 HWY NORTHBOUND SIDE FRONTAGE RD RIGHT BEHIND STARBUCKS COFFEE. I told the young Caucasian mailcarrier my flag has been up for 3 days and nobody has picked up my rent check and he told me it wasn't his regular rout and drove off and didn't even take the rent check that he is 3 days late picking up already. The real question is why is he showing up late at this time of the evening @ 8:00PM and forgot to take my mail again and the post office has to know which truck #and what driver was subbing for Roeland our regular mailcarrierÿ
