Almost non-existent customer service. I hate going in to this place. I need keys for the USPS cluster box and the guy said it will take a month. I still don't have access to my mailbox.

My packages were stolen and i was never reimbursed, even though they were insured. The carrier lied and took a picutre of an empty envelope with nothing written on it. The shipper refused my refund. Two years and i have never got my 97.00 back. I hate this location.

Clerk refused to do a transaction using two to three debit cards for a money order when I've always used that many for paying my rent. Wasted my time waiting in line on one of my days off from work.
