While I was optimistic going in, the staff seems to prioritize pointless bickering with customers over providing quality customer service. I advise looking elsewhere, if possible.

The amount of time i had to wait in line is horrible people were lined up along the side while she giggled and took her sweet time people were looking and deciding not to use this location

It’s 1:11 p.m. postal employee just turned me away and locked the door. According to the note on the front glass, they are closed for a lunch break from 1:00-2:00. Since when does this happen?

Thank goodness they kept this location open you can drop off a letter to be mailed anytime of day in the box outside they still taking mail and it still gets delivered with hardly even a wait

I rarely have to go to the post office but when I do, this is my go to spot. It is close to both work and home which makes it convenient. It's a pretty small post office and almost has an old-fashioned feel to it. And it usually is not very busy either which is great for quick lunch hour drop ins. Also, it is located on the Miracle Mile which is just an all around nice area of town. I am surprised by the number of reviews complaining about the customer service. Whenever I have to be helped at the counter I always receive very friendly service and my visit yesterday was no exception. Zero complaints from me.

I have been to this post office before but I have never had the pleasure of interacting with Jo Anne (I hope I spelled that right)! She totally changed my mind about this post office! I had my first sale on Poshmark and had no idea what I was doing and I was very nervous because some people can be very abrasive and impatient. However, as soon as I arrived, she was very helpful and patient. She answered all of my questions and made the transaction so easy! Thank you so much!
